This location is notoriously slow and disrespectful. We ordered a simple smash burger combo and small cherry slush. After waiting 15 minutes, and the screen returning to its normal cycle of adverts, we pushed the red button for an update. The supervisor yelled they were backed up and couldn’t help. Meanwhile vehicles who arrived after and ordered after us were helped and left. I waited another 5 minutes and finally asked for a refund and was told they were too backed up to help. Finally another supervisor arrived and helped cancel and refund our order.

Did an online order since we were in a hurry. Checked in on the app and pushed the button and told them we there. Took over 15 minutes for them to just bring out the order to us as we watched multiple cars pull up and get served and leave. The girls were incredibly rude and said we must not have checked in after we did twice on the app and spoke to the person inside. Get a different job if you are miserable and don’t want to be there.

This Sonic is a complete mess. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, only to be told after asking that it would still be another 5 minutes. I even tipped, which makes the lack of service even more frustrating. The sad part is this is not a one-time thing — it happens basically every time I come here. I will say the staff does seem a little better than before, but the place is still badly run. Long waits, poor communication, and constant disappointment.

Stopped in to get 3 drinks and one of these was for a chocolate shake. I was told that that couldn’t make any shakes and I said ok how about a cherry cream slush and was told then that they could only put the ice cream on top and not mix it in. At this point I said forget the shake and bring the dr pepper and the tea. Which took forever to bring out. I tried to give this place a chance but this is the second time I was let down.

Went today at about 1:30 don’t know if I just got lucky but food was hot service was great and it was overall a very good experience. The girl that brought out my food was so nice as was the person that took my order. Best Sonic I have been to in a while!

If you don’t like your job simply find another one. 8/7/25 order a drink. It was brought out to me with liquid on the outside of it. I asked the little car hopper girl if she could please wipe it off. She took her hand and wiped the outside of the cup and then her hands on her shirt in front of me. Then walked off with an attitude. So no one in the inside saw the liquid outside the cup before it was brought out. I did call for the manager and told her what happened. I also told her I was going to write a review.

Ridiculous! Today on sunday a girl made my grilled cheese and gave me a literal cheese sandwich. Im assuming she rushed it so she could leave. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and she mentioned she will speak to the employee as she had left for the day and said if i wanted the food to be better quality to come during the week as the more experienced cooks work weekdays. This is absolute bs as yall should have someone watching new cooks!!! This employee rushed my food because she wanted to leave bc there is no way this is a grilled cheese. This absolutely gross and unacceptable. The employee who prepared this needs to go back into food preparation training. I will also be reaching out to corporate to make sure this employee faces repercussions

Terrible food at this location. My burger was smashed. The corn dog in this picture was burnt and the corn fell off the dog because it was overdone. Not returning to this location.

What can I say your food sucks every time I go there .I hope something is done because sonic use to be a good place to go .mabe new management is needed. Good money for bad food just isn’t worth it. I think a complete staff change is in order.
