They were out of eggs and all chicken products. They were also out of curly fries. When I asked why, I was simply told they’d been out of these items for weeks. But what they did have was delicious (roast beef classic and double). The sweet tea was not sweet, however. The Hi-C was great! The restaurant was clean.

This store has lately been going down hill. I’m not sure exactly what has happened lately. Sunday March 8th 8:45pm. I placed an order for 4 meat & 3 boxes. 1 fish and 3 roast beef sandwiches along with curly fries is what was supposed to be in those said boxes… I’m told it’ll be 30 minutes for roast beef. I ask for chicken to replace the roast beef. Finally get the food. She calls out fish sandwich. So our order is finally out. There are no curly fries in the bag. I ask for curly fries. Apparently there are none. The lady with glasses and different colored hair(white) says idk why we keep running out of things. I’m trying to figure it out. Is what I am told. So. I also have to ask for the drinks that go with those boxes. There is no tea. The tray were the drinks poor out is disgusting. I got offered a drink tray though. There are no lids for our drinks. Horrible experience tonight. This place usually has no flaws but it is deplorable tonight.

Stopped at this Arby’s and the food was exactly what you’d expect—classic fast-food. We wanted proteins so we ordered the steak nuggets, steak mac and cheese bowl, chicken sandwich, roast beef sandwich, jalapeño bites, and curly fries. Everything was hot and fresh enough.
But what really stood out was the service. Kody at the counter deserves recognition—professional, respectful, and handled customers with genuine manners you don’t see often in fast food. He went above and beyond to make sure the order was right and the experience was smooth.
Food was fine, but Kody’s customer service is what pushed me to make a good review.

We were asked to pull up and they would bring out our food because they were waiting on the fries. When food was brought out to us 5 min later, fries were cold and tasted like dead fish. The roast beef sandwich was cold and tasted stale. Done!!!! Will not be going back!!!

This store Conscientious store, no cutting corners, same price but twice the size, compared to some Arbys stores. I was at another store a few days ago and gave a bad review because one Warps was only the size of short fries. This store is almost twice as big as others. Good review. Also, the service staff is very kind.

girl at drive through at 4:37pm today refused to give me more then 4 arbys packets. I offered to pay for more she said she didnt know how to ring it up even though on the receipt she rang up 11 arbys packets. I went back in to ask for more or pay she said no unless I order another sandwich. she also said I can go buy sauce at Walmart. lol She needs to be fired. so right now I am buying another sandwich so I can get more sauce packets lol. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well.
