It took us 30 mins just to get some water to start with and 40mins to place our order. I understand places are short staffed but it wasn’t that busy when we arrived, and you should at least get a customer a water in a timely manner especially if that’s the first thing the ask for. We spent 3 hours here just eating dinner with 2 people. They did offer us extra biscuits, so that was nice at least. The food is very well priced but nothing amazing.
It’s fairly busy because of lobster feast. The lobster cream sauce topped baked potato is really good.

We had such a wonderful time last night with Ali! We came for the endless shrimp event and ordered EVERY SINGLE ONE except the pasta ones. Didn’t want to get filled up on silly carbs. We also ordered the two items off the secret menu that were delicious just like the rest! The fried calamari is so amazing!! You must try it! Ali is a fun and very attentive server. She understood how long it takes for the endless orders so she took our orders every time she dropped our plates. Overall five star experience hands down.

Best experience at a Red Lobster!!! While visiting from out of town (the Buffalo area), we decided to do something other than a local restaurant. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly (especially our waitress), and the food was so good (a shout-out to the chef). Andrea was a ten star waitress. Friendly, good at interacting in conversation, and very attentive. I spoke with the manager on duty to let her know we had a great experience. We visit the Watertown area every September…we definitely will come back again!!!

One of the worst places to eat.
I love seafood but this red lobster is horrible. Food cold, missing food, 10 minute wait to bring out to car, no one at the front. I complained to corporate about this location and they gave me a 65.00 gift card . So it used it here giving them the benefit of the doubt and boy did they mess it up. Cold seafood, dry mashed potatoes, crumbled biscuits.
I’m not from here. I’m only here because my husband is military. Not many restaurants in this town with good food.

Great service from Dominic. Are food came out very quick even on a busy Monday. I haven’t been to red lobster in years, the location in Albany went down hill but this one definitely impressed. We will be back for more seafood.

Subpar. Rates as three stars just because of a good waitress. Food was poorly seasoned, salad had sat WAY too long, broccoli was mostly yellow. The Admiral’s feast was poor at best more crumbs than clams, and two small strips of fish. Not at all worth the price! I would have expected more than this at a bad diner…certainly not the supposed seafood place for fast sit down food.

It was a clean, calm, and friendly atmosphere. Went to celebrate my birthday with my mom and decided on the all you can eat shrimp. Our waitress was a very nice lady who did help out with all the choices. We did have a good time and look forward to our next visit!

Pretty drab experience to be honest. Found a hair in the food, and when it was brought to the waiter’s attention he said he would get the manager, and snatched the dish from the table. The manager popped out around the corner and was very awkward to deal with. Not sure I’ll be going back.
