Stopped by while on a road trip. The two gentlemen (one working the fry station as well as burger line, one a cashier) were very food and hustling. Great customer service. Which is rare to see.

Carl’s Jr., are you trying to make me fall in love? Because every time I pull up, you understand me. The burgers are juicy, the fries are always there for me when I need them, and the milkshakes? Absolutely doing the most. Fast, reliable, and never ghosting—honestly, that’s attractive. If comfort food had a personality, it’d be Carl’s Jr. I’ll definitely be back for another date.

I’ve stopped through this place probably five or six times now and every time I’ve been, nothing is ever cooked to order, even when it is slow. It seems like they just always pull a hamburger patty out of a warming tray and slap it on a bun. Burgers never taste fresh and are soggy. Carl’s Jr. used to be such a tasty spot. I don’t know what’s happened, but I’ve almost given up on the brand altogether.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. I came to order food around 4 a.m. and the workers a blonde lady with glasses and a heavier set man were there. I said, “Ma’am” three times. I was ignored the first two times. (Nothing was being cooked so it’s not possible that they couldn’t hear me due to that). They also both could visibly see me.
They definitely lost out on the beginning of their “breakfast start time” for a customer with how rude and disrespectful they were for blatantly ignoring me.

Trucker life! Stopped by Love’s Truck Stop to take a needed shower and after grabbed something to eat on the go. Destination: Denver, CO. Not really a fan of Carl’s Jr, in fact I don’t remember how many years ago(could be a decade or more) since I had any meal from them. I decided to give them a try this time. Young kid cashier with braces took my order but he seem to be mad at something. Tried their Carl’s Original and it was a “ok” Would I try Carl’s Jr again? High probability of no. Jack in the Box is my go to fast food, heck even Taco Bell is favorable than Carl’s.

This is probably the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. The cashier (says JBennett on my receipt) c[ouldn’t have been more unfriendly or irritated that we were there ordering food. I rarely name anyone specifically in public but you have a terrible employee working here Carl’s Jr.
My husband and I typically spend $50+ any time we go to Carl’s Jr, this time we spent $22. All the cashier could say is “anything else?” In such an annoyed tone that I almost told my husband to go elsewhere but there wasn’t really anywhere else that was open at that hour (11:20 PM).
As you can see in the photos, the 3 chicken tenders I received were tiny, the fries were old but marginally hot.
Going to continue this review anyway o9

Yes, they are running a tight clean ship here. I was so happy with everything! Thanks team!! The older gentleman calling out the orders as you place it. The young guy in the back dutifully staying on top of the orders and a clean station. I don’t know about all the shifts. But last night when I got dinner for two out of here, these guys were the A team!! There was I think one other person running around cleaning stuff too, it was a good look, and the results tasted good too.
