I’ve been going here for quite some time. They always exceed my expectations. They are always very nice. The two nighttime managers. Both gentlemen are very, very nice. Always make sure that my orders are right and they always go above and beyond every time I go in there, which is quite often.. They always give me fresh food. It’s always hot.. Definitely one of the best Popeyes that I have been to. They keep it very clean. I would highly recommend if you haven’t tried this one. It’s definitely give it a try.. I want to get an extra thanks again to the two nighttime managers. I know that one time as a manager I believe the other gentleman is as well, but they both always go above and beyond anytime I Go in there their entire staff is also exceptionally kind. They always do their best to help if something is incorrect, which out of the hundredth of times I’ve been there. It’s been well under five so that just says a lot That is out of hundreds of orders maybe only once maybe twice I ever had an issue and both times they both did an amazing job at correcting issue and I have never had an issue since

What an amazing meal, everything was perfect and delicious!! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, this was the best chicken meal, EVER!!!!

Idk if this Popeyes is under new management now but something needs to be done! Today my family and I wanted Popeyes usually I’d go in Atlantic City but today I was close to Pleasantville. I pulled up to the drive-thru to order and the Indian lady was taking my order, I literally had to repeat myself 3 times because I’m her words “She was on the phone.” Unbelievable! Ok cool no problem I shook it off. The problem I have is that not only did I have to repeat myself 3 times THE FOOD WAS COLD AND HORRIBLE! I PAID FOR ITEMS THAT WASN’T EVEN IN THE BAG! SO FREE MONEY FOR THEM AND ALSO I REMEMBER THE INDIAN LADY BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE WAS GETTING ON HER MONTHS AGO AND I SEE WHY! Smdh

i normally dont have a problem with this popeyes, i received some funny tasting chicken yesterday at 8:21pm. i tried calling but no one answered the phone. so i came back the nxt day to let them know that the chicken had a funny taste and the manager was very disrespectful. i will not be back.

As a regular, I am always complaining about something and I never learn. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. I ordered a 12pcs wings combo and requested for it to be large. The server explained they only had the regular size for the drinks. I was ok with that, but the fact I specifically requested for a large I was expecting large fries. Instead EVERYTHING was reg. I went to query why I got two reg fries when I asked, PAID and was charged for a large combo. He said that’s the system. After much conversation he then opted to charge me $5.00 more, here I am thinking I’m being charge for a large fries extra. THE SERVER WANTED TO TAKE BACK THE FRIES and hand me one large. I work in the food industry and I’ve never treated customers much less REGULARS like this.
