I cannot say enough good things about the service here. I mistakenly thought they closed later and placed a takeout order just 5 minutes before closing. I felt terrible, but the staff was so kind about it and still provided incredibly fast service. On top of that, the food was amazing—the birria quesadilla and tacos were delicious, and the queso and salsa are great, too. Customer service like this is hard to find!

I was invited to a babyshower lunch at Mi Pueblo restaurant. It was my first time here and the food was good. I was mistakenly given the vegetable Quesadilla that was someone else’s further down. I ordered churros to go, plain (no filling) however they came without filling or rolled in the cinnamon sugar- but they were good. I would go back.

They always deliver on service, food, music, and they always spice up my Margherita pitchers just right it hits best place in town for mexican they definitely give Monterreys a run for thier money and most definitely beat Vallartas mexican in Augusta and Mi ranchos rated a perfuct % never disappoint been coming here since it opened will never go anywhere else …..they always have my buisness highly recommend prices very decent prices for food 10 to 20 a plate kids food amazing

Absolutely love it here. They have perfected shrimp, the veggie chimichanga is delicious , the house burrito is perfection and so are their margaritas. The people are great, the restaurant is clean and festive. It’s great every time.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered specific 2 meals and they gave me one. Took the over 30 min to get the order right and they still messed my order up. No worries you just lost my business. When I called to get resolution they told me they didn’t have time to help me. I have never been treated so poorly by restaurant staff.

We just moved to the Aiken area from Florida thought we would give this place a try bad mistake the waitress was lousy. We ask three different employees for more chips before we got them. They brought my Husband’s food out he was over halfway finished with his dinner and he was eating very slow because I hadn’t received my dinner and the outside edges of my food was cold. A gentleman that wasn’t our server brought the check and they charged me for a medium margarita instead of the small one I had. Would not recommend this place

I am giving a one star because their pricing has gotten out of hand on certain things and you have to check your receipts. We were charged .50 cents twice for one to go order and also charged a local tax plus state tax. I understand a to go order fee, but that should have been voiced when the order was placed. Also, what is even a local tax after state taxes? Food was good and place is quiet, but pricing and hidden fees is aggressive.
