Opened in 2014, MT Noodles Vietnamese Restaurant was born from a true passion for cooking and a desire to share the authentic taste of Vietnamese food with the people of Minnesota.
From My Tho, Vietnam, Anh Bui has been cooking her homemade family recipes for over 30 years. Her true passion for cooking stems from seeing the joy on everyone’s faces after eating one of her dishes. Even if you’ve never met her she will still be the first to ask Did you eat, yet?

We had a party for 9, it was all of our first time here at MT noodles. Happy to say that our experience was very good. Food was good in every aspect, IN MY OPINION. I absolutely loved the Banh Khot (shrimp cakes) and house eggrolls and the pho was amazing as well AND the bahn mis. Honestly, I actually had such a blast eating at MT noodles. I may sound like I’m overhyping it but truly, the service was good and the food was just as good. It was a great place to go to after being out all day and being hungry.
HOWEVER, my group and I were a little disappointed to see that there were only hoisin sauce and sriracha for the sauces at the tables. We would’ve loved if there were more sauces provided like soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, etc. But the pho was delicious regardless of the lack of additional sauces.
For price range, the prices are fairly reasonable. Depending on what you decide on getting, you will likely end up paying $15-$25 minimum, but could be different for everyone.
In conclusion, MT Noodles is a pretty great restaurant. I would recommend people to go. Whether you’re by yourself or in a group, they accommodate well to all. Oh, and the food’s delicious, did I say that already? (Sorry I was too busy eating the pho that I forgot to take a picture beforehand. $11 for a regular size bowl of pho, I LOVE IT. Keep it that way please!)

Not talked about enough! I love that it’s not the same creation as the many other Vietnamese restaurants. Their dishes are special and you can taste the uniqueness of it. The cool experience is the spring rolls – you can wrap your own spring rolls at your table! It’s fun! Good spot for lunch, or even, a casual date!

Amazing place to eat after a crazy night out. Service is great, the food tastes like home, and they give you A LOT. Try the bò lá lốt, it was my favorite!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities and one of my top recommendations for anyone visiting (that has the means to get out to the suburbs for a great meal). Our favorite thing to get is the Bun Dac Biet. The meat is really perfectly glazed and cooked. They capture a great grilled flavor. Their Nuoc Cham is also one of my local favorites—perfectly balanced between the sweetness and saltiness, with a deep fish sauce flavor. The egg rolls have an excellent bubbled crispy texture from the perfectly fried rice paper. It all pairs very well with the crisp vegetables of the salad. Such a great fresh bite! Our other honorable mentions from the menu are the: Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Crepe, Banh Khot, and any of the soups. It’s also worth mentioning that the portions are sizable and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

We came with a party of five, and every time we come, we’re greeted instantly and seated. The service is super fast and the food is super good. The Pho Dac Biet is probably one of the best in the Twin Cities. Our party so orders the catfish dish and it never disappoints! The egg rolls here are super good as well. Always fresh. The portions for every dish is really generous compared to many other restaurants. We love coming here for dinner, as it is not always the busiest time. We’ll continue to come here as it is one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants.

Been here three times now since I come to Minnesota for business.
The food is excellent and quick to serve. Make sure to order fried rolls, they are made with rice paper and are very generous with the filling!
The soups pho and wonton noodles are wonderful especially on the cooler days.
The viet coffee is nice and strong!
Highly recommend this place.

So YUMMY I tried the clay pot fish dish today and it was sooooo delish! My GF got the Crepe, and as usual, it was terrific. Everything is pretty darn good. I love the shrimp app. The cream cheese wonton and egg roll shells are a bit on the chewy side but the flavors and comp are awesome and so are the dipping sauces. They were out of a few things which is weird for a Friday night but other options are great. Pretty sure you won’t ever be disappointed here

Had their bunmi, they don’t put pate and I don’t think their veggies were pickled. The pork was good, but overall sandwich left me unsatisfied, it also wasn’t a full filled sandwich, pretty empty and light tbh. I ordered at the restaurant to-go, they said 20 min. Many people came after and left before me, why? Idk, I guess they just forgot about my order? They had to ask me again (after waiting for 20 min already) what I ordered! I ended up waiting way longer (30 min) for 4 damn sandwiches… if i didn’t have anything to do that day then fine, people make mistake, but when you have work, or youre on lunch, then 10 min is very inconvenient! personally, this left me unsatisfied. Probably wouldn’t come back. I took a pic cuz I was there waiting for a while.

Love love lovee MT Noodles! This is hands down my favorite go-to spot for pho. The portions are always generous, and they definitely don’t skimp on the meat—honestly, sometimes it’s even more than I can handle . The service is always on point too; they keep our waters full and check in just the right amount to make sure we’re good.
I’ve also tried their rice platter (#16) and banhmi. Love them! 100% recommend, and I’ll for sure keep coming back!

My son talks about how this place is the best Vietnamese restaurant he’s been to so of course we had to go here during our visit. He wasn’t kidding. The food is so authentic and the entrees are well-portioned for a family to share. The staff are very kind too. Everything was delicious but my favorite item by far was the cả phê sửa đã. We will definitely be back!
