Lenore I believe was his name at drive thru at around 3pm today is easily the most efficient and friendly team member at any McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered, he needs a raise the way McDonald’s pays the people who can’t take an order if it hit them in the head!

I want to thank the staff of this store! I was even more sure that Hillsboro’s BURGER KING is better than this garbage of store.
It was 11pm at the drive thru, I was the unique person waiting for someone show up at the window to take my order. Everyone looking to me and nobody still shows up. I started honking the car for about 10 minutes so 1 employee put her face on the window saying that they were closed because the store was under remodeling. I said that it saying that the dining room was closed, but the drive thru was still working and closes at 1am as it shows on their website and on the window, she insist saying that they were closed. And as you can see the picture attached, I dont need to tell anything else.
Go to BURGER KING is better!!

Concerned about this location. My kids were excited to go and that changed when they came home. Order was incorrect, took a very long time to get it right. Cashier was not kind and there was yelling coming from the kitchen. Absolutely not what I was expecting to hear from this brand.

I want to take a moment to shout out two amazing McDonald’s employees Aneka and Brittany who consistently go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Every time I visit, they greet me with a smile, handle orders with care, and truly make customers feel valued. Their positive energy and professionalism deserve recognition!
However, I can’t overlook the unpleasant experience I had with the manager guy on of this location. While Aneka and Brittany are shining examples of what customer service should look like, the manager’s attitude is the complete opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and carried an energy that was honestly disturbing for someone in a leadership position. His approach not only made me uncomfortable but also took away from the great service provided by the rest of the team.
This is my neighborhood McDonald’s, and I come here often, so it’s disappointing to feel disrespected at a place I regularly support. It’s a shame that such hardworking and pleasant team members like Aneka and Brittany are being led by someone who lacks the basic qualities of a true leader.
McDonald’s you’ve got some real gems in your team, but leadership matters. I hope this gets addressed.

McDonald’s is known for its pervasive order inaccuracy, incompetent staff, interminable wait times, horrific customer service, and more. This particular location consistently delivers all of the above.
I’ve regularly had to have orders remade, retaken, take up to thirty minutes, and served with the vilest attitudes, all over things as simple as a milkshake. The McDonald’s meme could come from this location alone.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The employee a lady at the second window refused to make a McFlurry properly. When I politely asked if it could be stirred, she ignored me and gave me dirty looks. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I understand if there are policy changes, but basic customer service and courtesy should still be expected. Very disappointed with the service. Most times they say machine not working- its a lie. 5:30pm/ 03/13/25 shift.
