Service is slow. I do mobile order and its never quick. Tonight, I waited 15-20 mins and people who did drive through waited less time and got their orders delivered to the car. I go inside and mine was sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Then the employees just sitting and staring at me like im crazy & when i return to speak with a manager. Same girls staring and one turns her head to laugh & one manager walking away mid conversation. They have plenty of workers so im not understanding the lack of care and communication

I originally ordered my food from Uber Eats. I chose this location because of the reviews. I was highly disappointed. The food I received was a three-piece dinner. The chicken was so old I had to discard it. It was a waste of $20 – if the chicken is this old you should never be served to a customer!!!!’ no matter how they ordered the food. I ordered my food and placed my order at 11 PM. This Chicken had to be sitting out since at least 7 PM that’s how old it was. It even smelled old. I did not recommend this location. It would be a waste of money. And this is why I cook at home because you are always let down at these fast food chains!

i ordered to-go from the website and although i had quick and convenient service, the chicken i received was questionable. my 3 piece tender combo was instead an amalgamation of chicken that still had raw batter in the middle and it was quite distasteful. the bones less wings are okay for what you pay for but the tenders were not even tenders.

Prices are too high without coupons. Hard to understand staff through drive thru and the tenders we got were small. Also somehow the sprite tasted like sparkling water? Don’t know what’s going on there. Other than that the chicken sandwiches were good.

Terrible service at night. None of the night shift workers care to actually do their jobs. Two times in a row, they tell me to pull in a parking spot because nothing is ready, along with multiple other people, 30 minutes have passed, nobody has gotten their food. Every single person has to pull up to the drive thru again to ask about their order. If you don’t, they will just have your food sitting there. Nobody attempts to walk the orders out to the cars. One of the times, the worker taking orders went out to go smoke, while several people were waiting for food that was sitting on the counter. They simply are not doing their jobs. If you’re a door dasher, don’t take orders here, they will waste your time, and time is money.

I went to this location for dinner and decided to dine in and get some work done. I changed my mind because the manager yelled at the employees the entire time I was there, which was about an hour. It was such a stressful environment. It’s customary to wait for your food. This visit was no different. I don’t complain because I like fresh food, and I want my chicken done. I felt sorry for the frontline staff. The manager was fussing, not training. I could imagine them tuning her out because it was borderline nagging and it was so unprofessional. It sounded like the household of a nagging mother. It was awful. Despite the manager’s training style, Lexi and the other frontline workers were professional, apologetic for the wait, and the food was fresh. The diner was relatively clean, too. I definitely won’t attempt to dine in again, but I did appreciate that the staff didn’t take out their stress on the customers.
