Today, March 6 at approximately 11:15 PM, I visited this location and experienced the worst customer service I have ever received. The employee who attended me appeared tired and behaved in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. She was a blonde woman of medium build.
If this type of behavior continues, it could negatively affect the reputation of this business. I hope management addresses this situation to ensure customers receive the level of service they deserve.

I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews unless the experience seriously warrants a negative review, and I feel like my negative experience has to be shared. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my order even after receiving a notification on the app stating that the order was completed. The staff (two young women who were likely in their teens or early 20s) gave my order to someone else and did not tell me what had happened or apologize for the delay. Even after receiving my order over 30 minutes later, they did not provide the two sauces I had purchased in my order. Absolutely terrible experience and it was really frustrating.

I placed my order online and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but I was made to wait for over an hour. On top of that, I received the wrong order. This delay caused a major disruption to my day.
Additionally, the staff did not speak any English and ignored me when I tried to explain the issue. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Today we went to buy pizza and we were there for more than 15 minutes and they never told us that the oven was broken and they never informed us, when I asked the girl who did not want to give me the name of any of them, very rudely she told me that there was no pizza and that she did not have to give me any explanation, she turned her back on me and left… I think you should watch the videos because there were several of us there waiting for the same thing and they treated us very badly and very unprofessional.

This place is the worst little ceasers ever I went last Saturday I ordered online and they gave my pizza to someone else had me waiting on top
Of that I asked for my full refund ! They gave it to me luckily I went to another location the service over there was way better I’m never ever coming back to this place in Hialeah the back ppl and the cashier don’t know what there doing ! Horrible !

I would love to know, whats the point of staying open later, when your staff refuses to work? Your overhead is larger and selling less? After spending all evening in the hospital with a sick child, your employee refused to make the pizza my son wanted, because it was 30 minutes to closing.

Went today for a pepperoni pizza and Lunch Combo. Asked for Fresh. Ended up getting 1/2 a deep dish pizza. When I asked what happened, I got yelled at for touching the pizza to show her why I was upset. Also, was told they didn’t have any dough ready for the Lunch Combos, so my dough was taken straight from the freezer to the oven. I still had to cook both pizzas when I got home, as they were under cooked.

I user to love little ceasers and would go very often, but today I waited for almost an hour in a crowded store for a order I placed online, why email that the pizza is ready when its not ready,
while in the store no one would talk to me about my order, as I watched other people come and go with their orders, and a bunch of us just standing around some saying they been there two hours; is this the dmv, I over-hearded that the store prioritizes in store orders so that may explain why it took so long,
they DON’T even cut the pizzas, and my pizza was cold, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED..
