She said the first stall was gross.
Then when I went in I saw there was no toilet paper in either stall. I decided to bring her to the men’s rest room and when we went to the only stall in there the water level was at the rim and it was full of toilet paper. Also not tp in that one either…
Update. It took 25 minutes to get our food.
After about 20 minutes someone came over, asked what our order was and after replying game me no update.
I finally walked up there and when they handed me the tray my fries we cold to the touch.
I ordered the Hot Honey McCrispy (limited edition) exactly as listed on the menu. I have ordered this same sandwich before at this location and it did include bacon. This time, it did not.
I went back immediately to address the issue and was not helped properly.
Right after that, while I was still there and had just received my order, I went through the drive-thru to ask for a refill for my drink. I was told I had to get out of my car and go inside again, even though they clearly knew I had just ordered and had already gone inside before. There was absolutely no willingness to help or find a simple solution.
The attitude and customer service from the staff during this shift was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
I’ve been to this location many times and staff from other shifts are usually very nice. This is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience here.
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.
That said, it’s not really about “kids” as a group—there are plenty of young workers who are polite and hardworking. The real issue is:
• Weak management
• Low accountability
• No emphasis on customer service
• High turnover, so standards drop
If a customer feels unwelcome, disrespected, or uncomfortable, it’s completely reasonable to rethink eating there. Businesses forget sometimes that customers aren’t just buying food—they’re buying an experience, even at fast food prices.
Typical meals. McDoubles were topped with signature ketchup, mustard, dices onions and pickles. Fresh fries. Fresh nuggets. All was A+
But then there was the tea….if u could call it that. Why does no one EVER clean the tea urn?? We all know the taste, theres no hiding that crisp stale dirt flavor of a bite that accompanies the insides of an unkept metal brewer, decanter, whatever you want to refer to it as….. its all the same. Big gulp of disappointment with a bit of a bite to that there after taste. Yay. As if this was going to magically be the batch that WOULDNT taste that way?!
Please. We BEG you! Take the time to WASH THE URN WITH SOAP AND WATER! No, it wont be ‘ok’ and yes, we can tell.
