I picked up my order through the drive-through in the afternoon and the quality of service was unbelievable. The staff is always so polite and friendly, which really stands out. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons I choose to come to this Burger King location.
I usually order food in general, but I actually prefer going through the drive-through here because the customer service is consistently great. It’s fast, smooth, and always a positive experience.

I went to the Burger King in Norwich for lunch with my family and had a really great experience. I’ve always liked the deals Burger King offers, but what really stands out at this location is the customer service. In my opinion, this specific spot has some of the best service around.
They always get my order right, and the staff is super energetic, friendly, and polite every time I visit. It makes the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Definitely a location I enjoy coming back to.

I stopped by the Burger King in Norwich and had a great experience. I ordered a Whopper meal with onion rings, and Sara helped me — she was very polite, cheerful, and welcoming. I don’t come here very often, but when I do, the service always makes it worth the trip.
I decided to sit down and eat, and everything was very clean. The tables were spotless and the bathrooms were immaculate, which really stood out to me. Overall, a very positive visit with friendly service and a clean environment. I’ll definitely be back.

I went to the Burger King in Norwich at night through the drive-through and had another great experience. I always like coming to this location because they are so fast, and my order is always correct — I don’t even feel the need to check the bag before I leave.
The staff is also consistently very polite and professional, which makes a big difference. It’s nice to have a place you can rely on for quick, accurate service. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations around.

Had a great experience at Burger King. I ordered the Spicy Royal Crispy Chicken meal and was having trouble with the kiosk, but Sara came over and helped me out without hesitation. She also suggested adding the smoky honey mustard sauce, and it made the sandwich so much better.

The employee was taking orders and he was in the window was amazing and helpful. He was very polite. I now can use my app thank – you for doing ur job amazing. Food was good and service was fast. Guy with blue hair it was after 10 pm so you know when it was a great time to go and all the food was fresh .

I drive an hour to work everyday today the one day I skipped lunch because I was indecisive. On my way home I pulled up to their drive thru, there’s a line I get it. I placed my order, pulled up to second window, big guy took my card after he told me the amount. I’m in my car minding my own business and out of nowhere, I hear him shout out “ni hao ma” twice. After the second time I turn my head I’m like “excuse me?” He said it again I shut him up and replied back “I’m not Chinese.” He proceeded to give me my food and drink and card and I dipped right away. Did he apologized? Nope! Was he satisfied after randomly shouting out a non-English phrase to a first generation Asian American born and raised in the states his entire life? Yeah with his apathetic facial expression. If you’re ever in the area, be prepared to be randomly insulted.
Burger King do yourself a huge favor and train ALL your employees a thing or two of racism. At least he didn’t call me the other word and I had a horrible day I would’ve caused something and get myself locked up.

I call because I ordered my sandwich without pickles I’m allergic to them. The female that answer the phone refuses to give me her name and basically told me that she don’t care that I took a bite of the pickel that is not her problem to call corporate. I’m on my way to the hospital and I will make sure the police is call. Basically they have people there that don’t follow OSHA regulations and the health department will hear about this also. Try to kill me then told me that she don’t care about it not even an apology she gives and hang up the phone…

I went through the drive through 12pm 01/26 and I wanted to do the Trio deal. The Spanish lady at the window gave me a attitude and was rude and disrespectful to me because I asked why did they charge me more? She raised her voice and in a snotty way told me I should have mentioned the deal and gave me a face. I will never come back here again after this experience.
