I go to this Dunkin all the time on their night shift and usually have no issues. Now they have new employees at night and every. Single. Item. Has been messed up the past three visits. Ordered green tea, got black tea instead. Ordered a cold brew ( no cold foam) with sugar free flavors, they added cold foam full of sugar on it. Egg and cheese muffin was so burnt it had to be thrown out

This is the final straw! I just purchased a large frozen coffee with no whipped cream. It wasn’t even filled up. The girl who took my order was rude because once again the speaker or headset isn’t working. I also waited approximately 10 minutes for one frozen coffee.
A new building isn’t going to help this store.

This Dunkin is a hit or miss. I got a few drinks and a couple food items. They had to redo a frozen hot chocolate that wasn’t even frozen, and they put whipped cream even after telling them no to it. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bagle was half the size of a normal bagel, the size of my palm. The bacon egg and cheese was on a croissant, the croissant and the bacon were both burnt.

A woman with a mullet and a woman named Aaliyah, both were quite rude. This is dunkin yall, it’s mediocre at best. I’m not dealing with rude employees, if you want donuts, go to dough J’s , if you want coffee go to Starbucks, both within a half a mile of this location. You’ll get far superior product and the employees actually aren’t rude.

It took us over 45 minutes to receive our food this morning in the drive-thru. People in line were yelling for us to pull up so they could get out of the drive-thru line. Once I went inside to get our order, it was wrong. Part of the order was missing and the bagels didn’t have cream cheese that we asked and paid for.
The employees there did not seem to care at all how frustrated the patrons were. For a company as large as DD, management needs to do better to improve this store.

I made a review last week one star only because one of the employees in the mornings is super rude, doesn’t ask for what I want to even order, gives dirty looks and rolls her eyes at me says nothing when I thank her for my order just gives me looks, anyways today the lady that took my order in the afternoon was very nice and made my coffee great so changing my stars. As long I never have to go when that girl in morning shift works ill keep the 4 stars would’ve 5 if the morning girl wasn’t so rude or left lol

Coffee is never the same. Hashbrowns are never cooked through all the way. Bacon is skimpy at best. Employees either ignore you or speak to you like your a bother.

I visit this location multiple times a week. More than half the time I am disappointed. Numerous times I’ve come to get a milkshake in the evening. Most times, I am not able to get one, sometimes over an hour before closing. I usually order iced drinks in size large and almost every time, there’s an inch to two inches of empty space at the top. Recently I nicely said something to an employee and she basically told me the ice compresses when they add the liquid to the drink. She took the drink and added more ice. What a huge waste of money. They need to better train their staff and either implement or enforce more customer friendly policies.

This is legitimately the worst Dunkin Donuts by far. The staff is terrible.I always go back thinking it will change, or my coffee will be perfect if I perfectly word it but no, not ever. For instance tonight we went for ice cream, there were 3 employees if that. 1 young man scrambling working the counter and then 2 or 3 other employees cleaning random items etc etc while wearing headphones for the drive thru.. long story longer it took 20 minutes because neither of these girls would help. As if their little headphone accessory makes them special. Also if you are going to pretend clean, then you may as well actually clean and refill the hand sanitary station. And these people are being paid 15$ an hour. Gtfo!

Ordered through the app. Part of the order was munchkins. Got the rest of the order, then sat for 20 minutes waiting for the munchkins. Finally went to ask how much longer for the munchkins, and was told they don’t have munchkins. It would have been nice if someone had told me that before i waited that long…
