BEST Moe’s location I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The staff are incredibly friendly and ACCOMMODATING. We have VERY SPECIFIC dietary needs and they go above and beyond to ensure there is no cross-contamination. They change their gloves frequently. They smile regularly. It must be a good place to work because there is very little turnover in staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Moe’s has really gone downhill over the years. I remember walking in the first time to the employees yelling “Welcome to Moe’s!” in unison. Now, I get a lackluster mumble from the one person making a burrito. The food is similarly disappointing. Once fresh and tasty, now it’s bland, sat too long, and has no distinctive flavors. The prices, of course, have gone up. The salsa bar is still good, but the whole experience just lacks now. I hope they can turn it around before they end up closing their doors.

Worst food I have had in a long time. The server just stood there not even picking up a bowl at first. Very strange. They didn’t give me utinsils to go. I came back in and saw them. They could have at least offered where they were if I wanted one. Very silent in there. I didn’t see one customer.

This is my third time trying this Moe’s in Fayetteville. Honestly every time I have it is hit or miss. This time was a miss and it will be my last time coming to this one. The gauc was greasy and tasted like it came out from a bag (what happened to hand mashing). The stack was not made correctly, but it was still edible. Didn’t know they got rid of the whole wheat tortillas either. Also, the staff weren’t rude, but they weren’t welcoming either.

Good experience. Hope one of the food staff though she wears a mask and gloves. The mask keeps falling and she adjusts it using the gloves she uses to prepare the food. Saw this numerous times. At no point did she change her gloves.

I used to LOVE this location. I always felt extremely satisfied. The food was delicious worth every penny. The last 2 times we’ve been in there including today, makes me want to not return. The food tasted like nothing. To the point that I, no joke, thought I had the vid. The meat pieces were super chunky and where sprikled on like they were counted and hidden throughout. My toppings were all on a THICK bed of sticky, and lumpy unseasoned rise. The sauces on top made it look cute but once you hardly pick around you realize you just paid for a bunch of rice. If I wanted to be scammed out of food in this fashion, I would go back to Chipotle. Please do better. Have your management do more quality control before you start losing customers. I should have taken a picture when I first started to eat it so yall wouldnt think I scarfed down the chicken. There is really no point in me lying when all I’m doing is begging you to do better.

I love when I go into a restaurant and the Employees are happy and polite! These guys were so welcoming and it made the food even better than it already is! The portions are amazing for the cost! I love their bowls! I had the steak bowl! You won’t regret coming here! Thank you for making my Moe’s trip a lovely one!

Went in within an hour of closing. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Dining area, salsa area, and food line were all very clean. Food still tasted fresh and very good. 10/10 will be back to this location.
