The biscuit was generously sized, moist, and flavorful. The sausage was tasty, though it could benefit from a slightly softer texture. The scrambled eggs were satisfying, but the portion size seemed inconsistent, depending on how they were divided. The hash browns, while good, could have been crispier for a better balance in texture. The highlight was the strawberry milkshake, which was excellent, with strawberry pieces that added a nice touch of freshness and flavor.

I ordered the bacon burger and a regular cheese burger. The meat was cold… was trying to eat it but it was cold meat… I asked the lady to just warm it up. She got pissed bc I told her the meat was cold. Everything else was good except the meat was cold. They redid it and it came out hot. For what they charge i except my food to be hot

Not bad. Swung by on the way to downtown and decided to try it out. Too late for breakfast, but I was still able to get a coffee with my burger. The only thing that would have made this authentic Houston experience complete was a cigarette and a shot of Vodka, but alas, we’re living in enlightened times. Maybe in the next life.

10/10 i had the bacon burger and added jalapeños. it hit the SPOT. so flavorful and the sauce that the give for the fries is delicious i am definitely coming back. Someone told me the breakfast is worth it as well! pretty massive burger oh and the brownie was so good

Located where Meyerland turns hood is Annie’s. Apparently this bad boy has been open for a long time and based on the shopping center it’s in, you can tell lol. Parking is understood? There isn’t any striping so your guess is as good as mine.
Walk in and it reeked of cash only but that wasn’t the case lol. I noticed you can do some breakfast combos and they cook all the shit right in front of you. Then again Benihana is pigeon food so buyer beware.
Double Cheeseburger 7.5/10 – like it’s fine. They do this convection double oven thing to cook their meat. Imagine like the toaster they use for pizzas with the conveyor belt. It tastes like it needs some moisture. Ultimately it’s not bad but not great either. Solid.
Fries 7/10 – standard 7 here. 10 points 8 rebounds

It was obvious that this place has been doing things by the book since the beginning (in the best way). Get a lemonade when you go- they’re made with snow cone ice and fresh lemons. The service was personal, quick, and they were happy to make our burgers just how we wanted them. If you like it spicy they have a homemade spicy mayo we loved.

I am always getting the double mac & cheese cheeseburger with extra onions. With onion rings and OMG that frosting lemonade is everything. I just wish the Have it In a larger drink size because OMG. Those burgers are so delicious. Everything just taste homemade. I’m always going to be a repeat customer.
