I ordered a family meal that was supposed to include 6 biscuits and I only received two. I tried calling the store to let them know but no one answered. I called about 5 times with no response. This is frustrating especially when you are paying for a full family meal and do not get what you paid for. I understand mistakes happen but not answering the phone at all is disappointing. Hoping this can be addressed so it does not keep happening.

I had a great experience at Popeyes! The service was excellent, and Jose really went above and beyond. I asked if he could make my chicken fresh, and he happily did without any hesitation. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing as always. Thank you for the great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I guess the word fast doesn’t mean fast anymore when it comes to fast food also what management parks at the front door as if they put them self before a customer ? While flirting with the owner rather then helping her employees on top of that when she is working she is yelling at everyone because they are not working hard enough but refuses to lead by example I mean at least the employees don’t park at the front door. First time eating here! We went to the Tooele location. All the tables were dirty. No one in the the restaurant and seen employees playing on their phone…. come on clean the table please. Ordered a large and only got a medium cup. Went to the soda machine more than half the options were empty. And to top it all off the food was mediocre. Save your money. We was from out of town decided to take a drive to Tooele from clearfield. My son was hungry, So we decided to stop at Popeyes as we love or locations out this way. So we was excited when we saw one out that way! For one the prices are extremely high,, I was shocked! Nothing to what prices are up north also the service was not the best the guy that took our order seemed extremely put out that we didn’t know what to choose to eat from your high prices ” as we didn’t want to drive back into town due to us heading back home” the food was extremely poor quality, first off it took over 15 mins for our order to have very cold food. I had to have my husband bring back my sandwich due to my bacon being raw and so they gave me a new sandwich and it wasn’t even the one I originally ordered and it surely had no bacon on it or cheese or pickles. My husband’s order he would of been better off eating shoe leather due to the fact it was so dry and burnt. We will never go back to this location again! We will be calling the districts office to file a complaint. And to note we was the only one’s in the lobby when we ordered.

The young man taking orders was friendly and helpful. I made a special request to substitute any other piece for The wings that were supposed to be in the order. I was assured that my substitution would be honored. We Should have checked the order thoroughly at the drive-through, but did not. When we arrived home, there were wings in the order and the chicken was very dry. We ordered at meal time, 5:00 PM, so I am surprised that the chicken was not fresher as there was a long line in the drive-through.
I tried calling, but the calls went unanswered. I drove back to the restaurant and explained my dissatisfaction. The manager was extremely nice and accommodating. I had to wait for fresh chicken to be cooked, but the staff seemed to want to go above and beyond to help remedy my dissatisfaction.
We were visiting from out of town, but I would give the restaurant another try the next time we are back in the area.

So I come up to the drive-through window they can barely speak English and I order a popcorn chicken with mac & cheese well mac & cheese look like it was three months old. That is gross. Looking the popcorn. Chicken is cold as a matter of fact it’s still frozen and this is through the drive-through window, which means they don’t care what they give out. They think you’re not gonna come back and you look at the atmosphere outside the weeds are so tall there’s no flowers. It looks like it’s a building surrounded with weeds. Someone needs to take control of this Business

I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt for far too long. Nearly every visit results in part of my order being forgotten, and more often than not, the food I do receive is inedible. I’ve never been in and out in under 50 minutes, which is unacceptable for what should be a relatively quick experience.
Attempts to contact the store are equally frustrating—I’ve spent over 30 minutes on hold, only to have the call drop or be told my call can’t be completed. Tonight was yet another disappointing visit: after waiting 35 minutes for blackened tenders that are supposedly “cooked to order,” I received something closer to jerky than fresh food.
This pattern of poor service, long wait times, and unresponsive customer support makes it clear that there are serious issues that need to be addressed.
