Went in to get a late breakfast and the store manager Beverly seriously needs to learn better customer service skills. She made it very unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome and like she didn’t have time for customers coming inside. Rather than welcome to jack in the box how can I help you her first response was are you paying cash or card then when we said card she points to a computer screen says use it to put in your orders & walked away to start doing other things. There was no other customers in the restaurant at that time the only other people would be drive through. I am not a tech person & I have worked restaurants for years so I know what is & is not ok in customer service. You wanna stay in business its repeat business that you need not the one time person & you have to smile and make the customer feel welcome not act like your to busy to bother with them. Furthermore her energy got more annoyed when i said can you please just take our order because I have alterations to my order its not as is. Then to make it worse I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have sausage bacon ham egg and cheese and when the food came out there was no sausage on it. In most cases yes I would say something to fix it but with as rude & unwelcome as she was making us feel i didn’t wanna even bother going through dealing with her again. One of the other employees was at least nice enough to ask if we wanted it to go or in-store & if we wanted any sauces or anything else when he saw us sitting waiting for the orders. Customer service is still a requirement in all food and retail companies and its not the customers job to use the computer systems to submit their food orders or cash themselves out for what they purchase. If you choose to work in the food or retail business you must be able to have people skills and help the customers while making them feel welcomed and that you want them to come back. Your business rely on them and they are why you have a job so do better because you will be out of a job when your business goes under due to to many people stop coming due to bad customer service or problems with their order.

Ordered a Mushroom Swiss Buttery Jack, Sourdough Jack meal, and the chocolate cake.
My Buttery Jack only had a patty,bacon, cheese, small amount of sauce, and bun. I took pics to share. It’s obvious there’s nothing under the cheese.
Unfortunately, I was going to have lunch with my daughter at school, for her birthday. I didn’t realize the mistake until we were eating together. I couldn’t go back and get it fixed. Very disappointed.

This jack is always messing up my order and giving me cold fries. Ordered me 2 burgers and both were wrong, 1 had a whole in it as well. Worst jack to go to.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THEY TAKE SO LONG FOR THE ORDER TO COME OUT THE TACOS WERE SUPER DRIPPING GREASY AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY HAVE THIS SIGNS, ISN’T IT A RESTAURANT TO RELAX AND HAVE A GOOD MEAL WITH FAMILY? GUESS NOT IN THIS RESTAURANT WHEN THEY TIME YOU TO 30MINS TO EAT. WORST PLACE EVER.

It seems every time I go here they cannot get my order right. Tonight I asked for no sauce on a jr cheeseburger. Not a major ask. I received one with mayo and no pickles. I have literally driven to locations further out because the quality has gone way down over the years. I keep hoping will get better and it never does. Out of the past 10 orders I’ve made at this location, only 1 has been correct. And I hardly ever deviate from a cheeseburger with no sauce.
08/28/2025: I went to this location again and asked for 2 cheeseburgers, no sauce. I received 2 hamburgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, and no sauce. They don’t even seem to know what they are supposed to be serving on their menu. When I called up to let the manager know, I was hung up on.

Extremely under filled fries, burger was excellent. Service from the night shift is not too good, the front cashier and the guy at the fryer seem not to care about giving good customer service been on his cellphone and not changing the gloves for new ones; it is not hygienic at all!

Terrible , they weren’t busy and my sandwich still came out rushed , my cheese isn’t melted on my sandwich I’m suppose to have 2 slices of bacon on my sandwich I got one and a half I am highly disappointed. I would not recommend to spend your money at this location. I feel disrespected
