Couldn’t understand the person at the intercom, there were multiple people talking, guy at the window was nice. Got back and saw we were missing food, so we gave them a call. No answer. No biggie,figured they were busy, so we just drove back. We get there and nobody answered the intercom, nobody was at the window, but a guy did take the trash out and didn’t say anything. It was 11:30ish. We were there for about 10 minutes. The picture is of 6 of the regular tacos.

date Saturday March 7th 2026 924 a.m. this Jack in the box was so fresh so and hot I had to almost go back for another meal I kid you not I never had to go back to another place for another meal this Jack in the box here at this location it’s the best Jack in the box I’ve been to it is neck neck with my all-time favorite White castles on chouteau folks. This Jack in the box got that mess around and find out for real they put everything into them meals up here at this Jack in the box I kid you not this Jack in the box is awesome awesome awesome. Every time I visit this location the doors are locked and it’s “online orders only” in the drive thru. Earlier last week I came at 6pm and I’m here now at 7:30 on a Monday and still cannot order. Out of 6 times I’ve ordered from this location I was only actually able to get food twice. Why is it always online orders only? What’s the point in fast food if I can’t even order at the location?

The doors are always locked and the owner lies and says they’ll get it fixed but nothing ever happens. So if they reply to your comment just know it’s only to make themselves appear to want to give a good experience. The owner doesn’t care and it shows in the people they hire.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews. It was just okay. The service was just okay from the way the order was taking to the way it was presented and what we witnessed in the time sitting there. I understand cars being in the drive thru but to watch a car pull up pay and have a car already there waiting and we are sitting there waiting & they get to order finally making it to the window only to watch the car sitting there waiting moves after a while. Was a little crazy to us and we didn’t understand what was going on but never the less it took us to sit there and watch the car that ordered before us to get to the window to pay, pull up, back up, pull back to the window to get there food to finally drive off and us pull up eventually after being greeted after being placed on hold to order to even witness all this and us get to the window to finally pay & get our food & be surprised by what we witnessed being in food service & seeing this at other jack in the box to get our food to be half way satisfied with the service and not have everything. Like a utensil for the loaded fries/potato wedges.

The food is pretty good as long as you check your order and make sure they made it correctly it’s normally pretty fresh and they normally do a really good job service is not great because sometimes they’re not open or they tell you they’re not open and it’s really aggravating when they’re supposed to be and they seem to close whenever they want a lot but it is what it is.

Finally found a fast food restaurant open for take out. Breakfast Jack and my hash browns were hot and good. The king woman that took my order was very nice and made sure my entire order was correct. The service inside was very fast even with a long line for drive through! My only complaint is the restroom was closed and no dining in for now anyway.

Super clean, friendly workers, hot food, and the ingredients were fresh. I haven’t sat down in many fast food places recently, but it was great when I went in the afternoon.
