My son got crunchy tacos for us just over two hours ago. The crunchy tacos couldn’t have had a tablespoon of meat, at most. Maybe a ½ teaspoon of cheese, at most. Filled to the rim with nothing but lettuce. A LOT of lettuce. There wasnt enough meat to even vaguely soften the shell and they were stone cold as if they’d been taken straight from the refrigerator, which I know they weren’t. They weren’t warm because there was basically no meat, nothing but lettuce. Worst tacos I’ve ever had. I ate one. They CAN do better. They SHOULD do better. Oh, we didn’t even get the tea. Not good tea. Not bad tea. NO tea. Yes, I called. They’re going to replace the order, but I shouldn’t have had to complain. I just opened a couple of the others. I didnt get a picture of the first one, that I did eat. It was full of thick coarsely cut lettuce, almost looked like a slice. These last ones don’t have as much lettuce but you can see that this is a poor excuse for a taco. Cigarette is for size reference. THIS DID NOT COME WITH A CIGARETTE INSIDE.

There is a young man at mcdonald’s and jacksbro TN that works is better off.He knows what he’s doing.I think his name is Ethan. Very Sweet young man , very nice caring, caring about the customers.You get your order right when you go up to the counter very sweet.I recommend when you go into this mcdonald’s ask for Ethan. I’ve seen him run around like a chicken with his head cut off.But he’s still has time to help people with delivery food and he is courteous. Sweet i’m carrying all the people I’ve seen there.Thank you, Ethan, you are the best.We will be back soon.

I ordered something specific like I paid extra for extra rice and no sauce and I got just regular rice and sauce I was kind of disappointed but it was just a two-dollar thing so it’s no big deal I will still return because who else is open at 1:00 a.m. who are we kidding right? Since covid I’m pretty sure they’re the only ones open late so if I’m hungry let’s face it that’s where I’m going probably regardless of the service lol

In my 20 years on this earth, I’ve never seen a store so nasty today. There was food all over the floor in the back where they were cooking and it took them almost an hour to give me my food and they were very rude.

There is a lot of people having to stand around and wait for there orders I understand getting busy IV worked in fast food myself but they really need to prioritize there orders so that there customers aren’t asking for refunds or walking out and anything theres alot if times that all the food isn’t in the bag I ordered the steak garlic fries that isn’t the exact name but anyway they taste real good but I paid like $6.00 and there was only 6 fries in this order

My husband and I are disappointed in taco bell right now. We went inside and order to go. My husband ordered the nacho bell grande and they left off the cheese. His soft taco was crumbling and tasted nasty. He said it didn’t even taste like their soft tacos. It had no flavor. On top of that, I had order extra nacho cheese for my chicken quesadilla and they didn’t give it to me. We paid for it too. Usually we have a pleasant visit and have very little to no complaints. This time we were not pleased at all. Ugh so annoyed!
