I used to dine here 2-4 times a month, but quality has really tanked due to staffing (probably understaffing, to be fair) and the atmosphere I walk into. I’m always courteous to service workers, no matter the location, because I’ve been there/done that, and I know it can suck — but when I go in on weekends, for the last month or so, especially, I feel like I consistently get unfriendly, irrationally-rushed (no matter how few people are in line), half-assed service, where the food is haphazardly pitched into the bowl in miserly portions, with the foil top crunched in, barely crimped secure, with globs of guacamole and sour cream, etc., spackled all over the food and bag, etc. Barbacoa grease had leaked all over my bag by the time I got home and the bottom would’ve probably fallen out if I hadn’t set it inside an existing grocery bag. Even when I arrive hours before closing, they’re often out of chips and/or guacamole, yet you don’t discover this (no signs or polite mention of it) until AFTER you’ve started an order revolving around the reasonable expectation that these essentials aren’t out of stock. The countertops are filthy. The employees working the front look miserable and irritated, while those behind the grills, etc., almost look sadistically amused at how badly the servers are foundering. It’s weird. Like the workers in front are getting slammed, completing online orders as well as walk-in customers, and those who could pitch in during the rush just stand by in amusement. The workers I liked seem to have quit, and all that’s left now are those management appear to take for granted. I did get food poisoning at this location back in 2019, and it took me a while to regain my courage to return, but it’s starting to feel like I’m playing Russian roulette. Overworked, cranky, and unenthusiastic employees seem rather unlikely to care as much about hygiene or food safety as those who are actually happy to be employed. Judging by how things are run, I can hardly blame them. I don’t think I’m going there anymore, although it’s the closest to home.

We decided to have dinner here tonight. When we walked in there was a young lady behind the counter. When I was ordering my bowl she just looked at me without asking specifically which items I wanted for my bowl. I have always had people specifically ask which items I wanted by name. When I tried asking about the meat and the spice level she looked at me without giving an answer except for if I wanted to sample it. My husband looked at her and told her “nothing spicy” and she just kept offering samples. I decided on steak. When it came to the rest I knew what I wanted and told her, I also know the difference between guacamole and sour cream. The cashier was helpful and asked questions to make sure our order was correct and read it back to me. The dining room was a huge mess. Most tables had left over food on the tables and some tables had trash left behind from other customers. It seems this dining room never gets a walk through to check on the cleanliness.

For fast casual, it’s pretty darn good at a decent price. The staff is friendly even though they do high volume traffic. Sometimes it’s a long enough line that I turn around and get in the car, but that’s not anyone’s fault. There must be a lot of foot traffic because every time that’s happened, parking wasn’t hard, and then bam, line is 20 deep. Other days I sail in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I usually don’t write review, but I have to say this.
I order online, and I was there more than 25 mins. That was okay, because it was busy time. So I was being patient. But the problem was, I order steak and carne asada half and half but I ordered as double, so I was supposed to get 1x carne asada, and 1x steak. I ASKED HER 3 TIMES to her (blue hair lady) and make sure it is double meat. As I said, I waited 25 mins and even food came out, I asked her to confirm that was double for sure, and she said yes.
When I opened it at home, there was only carne asada, and even carne asada wasn’t doubled. She just put 1x carne asada. I don’t know why it is so hard, and even asked her to confirm 3 times, she just gave me this. I waited 25 mins and I feel now I wasted my time. You guys should refund this money that ya charged for the double.

It’s a Chipotle, and the review is as a fast food restaurant, not a fine dining experience. That said, Chipotle is typically a lot better than most fast food; it offers healthier options and is not overpriced. This branch, on this day, was busy, but they moved people along quickly enough, and the food was delicious.

Came in to order. There where 3+ cars left in the drive way, blocking other customers as well. When I went to order they then tell me they have no meat… I asked for clarification and they said it has to cook. Again I asked to clarify how long the wait may be. One person says 7 minutes another says 15. There really is no consistency in any aspect.

I never write reviews but I had to put out this disclaimer!

I haven’t been to this Chipotle in years, but I’ve been a customer at this location for over 18 years and have never had an issue until today. The service was friendly but insanely slow due to the ingredients not being ready during the lunch hour. They didn’t have cheese at the end of the assembly line or ice for our drinks! I wish the employee would’ve told me there wasn’t ice and we would’ve skipped the drink. When my fiancé and I got home to eat our food, the carne asada meat quality was gross. The meat was both extremely stringy and chewy which was not enjoyable to eat. We ended up giving it to our dogs. At least we ordered chips and guacamole to snack on. Nope, the guacamole was good but the chips were soggy like they weren’t fried enough. Last, when I went in the bag for the receipt to log my points, it wasn’t there. They probably didn’t have printer paper either.

This was hands down THE WORST experience I’ve ever had! With chipotle or any fast food establishment, EVER!

And this is why people are videotaping the Chipotle workers. Because if you don’t you you pay $20 for a burrito the size of your palm. And I don’t have very big hands btw.. This is getting ridiculous. Not to mention the food was an hour late and cold. Im done with you guys. Now I get to go buy more food. Awesome..

Online orders beware. Ordered a carnitas burrito with multiple toppings, and halfway through eating only rice and tomatoes I ended up pulling apart the entire burrito to make sure I wasn’t being pranked. All the toppings were clumped at the bottom, including about a teaspoon of carnitas at the very bottom.

Please treat your online orders with (I hope) as much care as your in-person orders and learn to portion and roll burritos correctly.
