Fiancé and I went here for the 2nd time, food was phenomenal, came out quick and was hot. Like most places, they don’t let your food sit up under a warming light and bring you luke warm food. Service is very attentive, and it’s a very clean restaurant. You can tell everyone here takes pride in serving their customers. I got the John’s Omlette, she got the Country Omlette with country gravy & a strawberry Belgium waffle

The food is consistently great, whether you have breakfast or lunch, you can always count on leaving full. The Mama’s Breakfast with fluffy pancakes is a standout and easily enough food to satisfy my wife and young son. John’s Omelette is hearty, packed with flavor, and always one of my favorites. I would also recommend their soups, chicken pita, or gyro supreme. If you’re looking for a reliable spot with generous servings and friendly service, John’s never disappoints. John’s has become a weekly stop for my family.

We were super excited to try John’s and beyond happy we did! My breakfast omelette was amazing, the sausage gravy is incredible! My daughter had chocolate chip banana pancakes that were to die for. And the newest chicken Ceaser wrap is a MUST try!! You will NOT be disappointed with anything except the closing time of 3pm daily! Bobbi was super sweet and a wonderful, joyful waitress! Honestly everyone was super nice. Don’t sleep on this place, it’s so worth every bite!

Every time I come here I make sure to start with their Saganaki, it is easily the best in the state. Me and my family have been trying to get their grilled chicken recipe out of them for years! It is literally the juiciest, most amazing chicken I have ever had. I have been coming here forever and even though I moved an hour out I still make sure to stop by when I can. This is easily the best restaurant in Macomb county by far, and in my opinion the best in the state.

The breakfast was excellent — the eggs were cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy, and the hash browns were exactly how hash browns should be. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, not like something coming off a big chain’s line.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Lena and April took great care of us. Both were friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they put their heart into making sure everyone has a good experience.

Joii hint’s family Grill has really stepped it up and is providing fantastic food at great prices. Today we had steak and eggs, a classic meal done perfectly, and Eggs Benedict with a beautiful hollandaise sauce. Just the look of the food when it came to our table made us hungry!

John’s has been our go-to breakfast place for years. The extra crispy bacon is perfect, and they also do poached eggs right. Service has always been a high priority. The owners often stop at tables, too. We also love the walleye. Very clean and light inside. A neighborhood gem!
