Reviews
To Mike:
Mike, my comment was that there are other reviews over the past year that have the same complaints. And yet this past weekend when I visited your store I had substandard customer service and a bad sandwich. Which is in line with many of your other reviews. And the fact that this is the worst Schlotzsky’s I have ever been to doesn’t need “data,” this is my opinion based on eating at many Schlotsky”s. Two or three years ago this location was good, over the past year and a half it has gone downhill. As an owner you should not get so offended by the review, you should understand that you had a dissatisfied customer, figure out why and try to correct the issue.
Specific feedback:
1. wait time at the speaker.
2. Having to repeat the order 3 times before it was understood.
3. Wait time at the window.
4. Rudeness of the window employee, (she never spoke to us, she stuck her hand out for my card, and then just stuck the bag out of the window to hand me the food.
5. A $10 sandwich with three slices of ham on it and two pieces of cheese (see photo). I doubt you would be happy with that sandwich.
Again, if an unsatisfied customer is cause for you to get offended then maybe customer oriented businesses aren’t for you. And, I hold to my statement that this location (at least for the last year and a half) is the worst Schlotsky’s I have ever been to. Have a great day Mike.
I get the holiday aspect but why not take the time to post it.
Plus, I watched them microwave my soup.
I went there and ordered a medium sandwich meal, with a small mac and cheese as the side. A meal includes a drink.
They ring me up for 20.45 cents. Granted, I added a cookie, but it should not be that much more.
I went home and replicated the EXACT SAME ORDER online that I placed in the store.

I realize there’s bigger fish to fry and to fret over than an extra two dollars. But come on. How hard is it to match the combo meal online as the same price in the store.
I don’t know why I never checked this before, but today I realized the math just wasn’t adding up.
This place needs to do much better at ringing up combo meals. It just feels like they don’t care and will just overcharge you if you aren’t paying attention and will laugh at you behind your back because they took you for more money than the value they offered.
It just screams lack of integrity. I am going to have to think hard about returning to this place.
EDIT I texted the number given in the response.
Nobody ever contacted me back.
The owner clearly doesn’t care
