I purchased a bacon cheese krystals.Upon receiving the krystals, the bread was so hard The burger inside was old the ketchup in mustard inside the crystals was old. It seemed like it was safeden for a couple days.The bacon was old! I don’t understand why you would serve someone spoil food.

Just went to Krystal. Ordered sackful of Krystals. He asked me with or without cheese. I always say without. Ordered chilli cheese dogs. They had no buns. So I got two melts. Got home and the twelve Krystals had cheese. Also got two large fries. For 37 dollars was disappointed.

No one seemed happy to be working there. I was the only customer in ymthe place and they still managed to get my to-go order wrong. Sad, since I only get Krystal when I’m visiting in the south and this was my only opportunity to stop in.

My experience at Krystal was incredibly frustrating. When I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, no one answered at the drive-thru speaker, and a car was parked in the drive-thru line to block anyone from ordering. I saw an employee sitting there on her phone instead of helping customers. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the person who answered was rude and unhelpful. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and made it impossible for me to complete the customer’s order. Very Disappointing!

Their burgers or Krystal Sliders are the best thing since sliced bread. I’ve gone to other Krystal locations but none compare to this one. I could eat 10 sliders and still not have had enough. If you’re looking to try Krystal’s try it in Byron. Best thing I’ve ever done
