Best Italian food, portions, and customer service ever. The spaghetti and meatsauce, with meatballs, is to die for, and you get well enough food for leftovers! They also have the most delicious breadsticks I’ve ever had anywhere. The manager, Sami, is the nicest, sweetest, and most generous person. And, Dakota, is the most professional and caring employee, who really makes you have the most enjoyable experience, and makes sure you are very well taken care of while dining. They both have made this such a wonderful Sunday dinner for me. Thank you so very much!

Mandy was wonderful and went above and beyond with her service. I know what it’s like when things are hectic and it can be hard to be in a good mood, but she was incredibly kind and efficient, even offering to bag me up some breadsticks to go. There was another young gentleman who was walking around offering breadsticks who was also very cheerful and kind, but I didn’t catch his name. The food was delicious and came out in good time, so cheers to the cooks as well. I know it’s not “fine dining”, but it was certainly great service.

Excellent experience! The service person was amazing. She really gave me all of the peppers and cheese that I asked for and needed. No complaints. I love the Stuffed Shell Duo at $5.99. It’s a great price, and it’s so good. I think here is the best one I’ve ever tried of any fazoli’s. So good and th bead sticks! Service was fast, friendly and accurate. Totally professional!

I should have done a before picture. I got the number 12 chicken parmigiana and it looked beautiful! Well this picture is what went in the trash. After the chicken and cheese the pasta is plain and overall not good! If I’m honest it was $11.99 plus tax and I didn’t enjoy it at all. I forced myself to eat what I ate. Never again!

The breadsticks were fresh and delicious! The service was fantastic, they were very accommodating and friendly. I can, but I mean, is it on? I can’t see you. I don’t have glasses. Joshua was wonderful, a nice young man. Was my boyfriend‘s first time here And he loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

A favorite of mine! Drive-thru spaghetti will never not hit, highly recommend for anyone looking for a bit of a heartier meal but still want swiftness! Plus the bread sticks are phenomenal!

Cannot compliment this staff enough. I have been there a few times, served by different people and they were all very kind, professional, courteous, and competent.
Never thought I’d go for Italian fast food, but for its class, it’s pretty good and they don’t skimp. One meal lasts for three for me!

I had an amazing experience with Fazolis today, food was quick and very delicious. Brenda took great care of us, when ordering she was very friendly, helpful and efficient. She also made sure our breadsticks stayed filled while eating. Had an amazing time today! Thank you Brenda!
