I was helped by Michael and my service was horrible. Not only was I missing half of my food but once I went back for it they didn’t want to replace everything missing and had a bad attitude about it. I asked for a manager who’s Elizabeth they said she’s off. She will not be returning for night and was unreachable until next day. If I could give 0 stars I would. Even after getting what they wanted to give me back plus eye rolls and head shakes and another long wait my order it wasnt fresh. One meal went without a cheeseburger I paid for because he didn’t want to replace it because he knew he put there but yet half of my order was missing and that went unnoticed.

Went on free burger day, ordered extra food to. Waited over 15 mins for a online order asked for sauce and the shift leader told me no!! She was to busy to give me sauce she said, that she had other guest to take care of, so my purchase wasn’t good enough me waiting 15 mins wasn’t important. Will no be going to this carls again,

Been long time customer. Service depends on who the manager is. Cleanliness not as good as use to be. I feel some employees need repeat food handing classes . More expensive but who isnt. They have several deals. For food they have declined on quality of meat. Hamburger chewy . I had to spit it out. The chicken breast at times has raw meat in it. This is the main reason foe the 3 star.

Owner needs to send secret shopper. Lady that was in front counter talking food orders was very rude. Stereotyping us apparently she didn’t think we spoke English. She asked another customer white gentleman if he wanted senior discount, didn’t offer it to us. Had to ask for condiments. It felt like she didn’t want us there. Not good for business. I wonder how many people she has done this. Probably alot that why no one goes inside to eat

So rude Cashier. When I asked for napkins, she ignore me, and then I waited on the window, and she was upset that I was still there. Doble. I asked because I need napkins while eating on the go, and so I’m professional, she showed me an attitude and it’s just not OK. It’s sad to see people like this Services industry. I get it. People needs a job, but be nice. They live off the Customer just never going back to this location. No wonder they are so slow.

Stopped in for lunch after physical therapy. Plenty of seating and everything looked as if had just been cleaned. Order our lunch and it was ready quickly. They have counter seating where you can plug in your laptop or phone and use while you eat. Staff was very friendly.
