absolutely disgusted by the workers. they messed up my drink by giving me a small instead of a medium. it’s no big deal, whatever. i ask them for the correct size and show them the sticker on the cup that says medium. they say that will fix it. awesome. when i get the drink again, i realize it is not the color that a strawberry dragonfruit refresher normally is. it is a light pink color. i realize that the poured the drink into a new cup and just added more ice. so what did i pay the extra money for a medium for exactly? i am disgusted by the plain laziness of these workers. these employees are getting paid for doing just about nothing, and this was not a mistake, but a malicious and intentional act. i will not be returning, and dunkin will be lucky if i ever go to one again. disgusted by the workers and wondering how these people get hired. 0/10 do not recommend unless you want to support laziness.

I have NEVER had a good experience at a Dunkin. Not one. I’ll pick this one to leave my review for them all. There are about 5 or 6 close to me. Not one was a good experience. McD, BK, and even Taco Bell aren’t perfect but they don’t mess up EVERY SINGLE TIME like Dunkin has. I just despise this company.

Coffee was made really good but they dont listen whenit cones to a sandwich. I said can I have a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel? Can u please melt the cheese on the sandwich and add cream cheese as well. The cheese wa melted but no cc, so I took it back. Then they made it again, no melted cheese but had the cc. Yk what I guess I cant have it all but cmon Dunkin, if everyine thrives off Dunkin, let’s get my sandwich right

Is this the one Dunkin in the county who doesn’t close at 8? Or is their speaker broken? Because every single time I’ve tried to come after 6, I get ignored. This has happened more than 3 times. The management allowing this should not be in management since they just stop taking customers whenever they feel like it. Not even a note or a simple “hi sorry we closed early” is ridiculous.

What’s the point of calling it Dunkin’ Donuts if there are no donuts after noon—yet the store stays open until 8 PM? False advertising at its finest.
Despite three reps “working,” I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to be told, “No key needed” for the restroom – only for the employee to then fish out a paperclip and jimmy the lock like we were breaking into a storage shed. When I finally got in, the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Absolutely disgusting.
Maybe they should converse amongst themselves less and actually do some work for their paychecks.
Called DD complaint line. Did not ever get a call back.
Between no donuts, clueless service, and a filthy restroom, this place is a total embarrassment to the brand. Dunkin’ corporate should be ashamed to have their name on it. Dunkin disappointments is more like it here.

Im here now. I ordered at 752. They to lose at 8 . I got a hot coffee. They had no milk. So gave me creamer in a 12 oz cup. And. It was not coffee!NOT. Coffee. I never left thdparkin lot…I went back to dindow at 8. They completely ignored me. The or 366. A coffee. You would think it would be. Coffee. It’s not. I don’t know what it is. Im not letting this go. Bad business. Really bad

To give context to my complaint, I worked at Dunkin in the past few years so I know how to make Dunkin’s menu.
When I got to the drive through, it wasn’t full and the store seemed empty. I don’t know if the staff was running low or what, but my drink turned out HORRIBLE. I asked for a Medium decaf almond milk macchiato with 1 mocha and 1 coconut, not a complicated drink to make to be honest. There was definitely no mocha or coconut in it. And either they used too much almond milk or not the macchiatos amount of espresso. Macchiatos are NOT MIXED. But it looks like a really milky latte as shown in my picture. By the time I got out of the drive thru, it was completely full and I had a car full of kids on a heat wave morning so getting out of the car wasn’t really in the cards. I did not have money for another one.
FREQUENTLY REVIEW HOW TO MAKE BASIC MENU ITEMS. And make sure your employees know how! There’s such a lack in consistency when I come here, but also any Dunkin. Even just a biannual impromptu check in or SOMETHING.
