The taproom has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, perfect for hanging out with friends or trying a tasting flight. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, happy to guide you through the options and suggest something that suits your palate.
Whether you’re a cider enthusiast or just looking for a fun spot to enjoy a drink, Sociable Cider Werks delivers an exceptional experience. I keep coming back because it’s consistently great—both the ciders and the atmosphere.
Awesome musical performances for kids & adults alike, art + local business events, tarot on friday nights, trivia and lots of other goodies!
THC bevvies are available and they have their own food truck!
Sure to have a good time
**You can reserve space for your events, as well!
They don’t have a kitchen, but they have a food truck outside the main entrance.
They sometimes have events, like an outdoor band in the summer.
Absolutely check them out!
A decade later, as an openly queer adult, I still feel incredibly welcome. More importantly, I feel safe, and know the people I bring here will be safe, too. The vibes are friendliness first, but no BS tolerated.
Anyway– The drinks!? Perfection, chefs kiss. Locally made and full of love!!
They have rotating seasonal flavors, and I love to get some off sale to put aside. When I’m missing summers rhubarb-y zing or falls crispy goodness, I’ve got my fav Sociables all year ♥️
Bonus: They have AMAZING rocks all around. Strongly recommend grabbing a pint and taking a little stroll to see what you find! You can get another drink when you go back to wash an agate and see how cool it looks
As far as food… when we were there (3/2/25), we got there right at 12 noon when they opened (on a Sunday). From their website, they have a food truck on site, ‘So No’ I think it was called, and they were supposed to open for lunch at 1 pm. Someone was there at the food truck because we could see them doing stuff in the truck, but we never saw them actually open for service. The food truck had 2 big sections on each side they could open for service, but the side closest to Sociables entrance never opened to indicate they were open for business. At one point, I saw the side away from the Sociables entrance had opened and then closed, but that in no way told us that we could go and order anything. I ended up buying a small container of pretzels that Sociable sells for 3 adults to snack on, and we ended up having to leave at 2:45 pm. That is the only reason for the 1 star, but that really wasn’t Sociables’ fault. ♀️ I did check Sociables website and like their Facebook where they sometimes post if the food truck is unavailable for that day and didn’t see anything indicating that the food truck would not be open when we we went so… That was disappointing because we met a friend (it was there 1st time there as well) for hard cider and wanted lunch while we sat and visited/ caught up. So if we were to try to go there again, we would likely eat 1st before going and then just go for the cider. ♀️
Not to mention variety – it isn’t just cider. They have N/A options, a couple beers and THC offerings as well.
Lots of seating available, both inside and outside, and a good amount of events going on to foster community.
The staff was incredibly helpful in reorganizing furniture, moving the band indoors… they even helped us park our VW bus inside for the event, in case the rain didn’t lighten up in time (but it did)! When the weather cleared, the staff squeegeed and towel-dried all the outdoor furniture for our guests.
The drink selection was unmatched and So & So’s catering was excellent. Special thanks to Olivia, April, Amanda, Steve, Gardner, and all the staff that made this event a success! I would love to host future events in this space.
The food truck outside have a small and overpriced menu, or I would give this five stars.
Overall it’s a nice place.
