I recently visited Wendy’s and ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with no ketchup because I strongly dislike it. As I was eating, I noticed a red stain on the bun, which immediately alarmed me. I hadn’t ordered ketchup, and upon closer inspection, the stain didn’t look like ketchup — it looked like blood. I was shocked and scared, especially since I wasn’t bleeding from my mouth or hands, so it didn’t come from me.

I returned to the Wendy’s location and asked to speak with the manager. After showing her the burger, she told me the red stain was from ink on the wrapper. However, there was no ink missing from the wrapper, and I couldn’t understand how ink could seep so deeply into the bread if that were the case.

Now I’m left extremely disturbed. I feel I have no choice but to get tested and try to find a place that can test the burger to determine if the stain is blood. I never expected something like this to happen, and it’s left me upset, anxious, and deeply concerned for my health.

Pray for me, y’all. I’m really shaken by this.

This is drive through review. Had to get some food quickly and ordered Salad, Chili, Nuggets and a Burger. From having all the proper utensils, to the correct dressing and sauces in the bag, as well as good amount of napkins to accompany the order, we are very satisfied with the efficiency and the good attitude of the server at the window! Great job, Wendy at this location!

Where do I begin? My girlfriend went through the drive through for a mobile order.
1. The person who have here the drinks told my gf that the system doesn’t show what drinks are purchased. Excuse me? So she told me when she got home that the person handling the drinks basically just picks random drinks good people. I ordered a Dave’s cream soda and was given what I believe to be a diet root beer. My gf ordered an orange cream soda. She was given some sort of pink, strawberry drink. That’s not orange or cream soda. So my gf asked for the drinks to be fixed but the person refused to do it.
2. I only received 3 nuggets instead of 4. I ordered bbq sauce but was given honey mustard. I wanted pickles, ketchup, and mustard. I ended up getting none of that but got mayo instead. The food was literally ice cold when we started eating and we live 2 minutes away. How can these employees not read?
What is so hard about getting the correct orders? I have worked in food service and never had a problem. Why couldn’t the worker replace the drink that we payed for? Why would the worker refuse? My gf got fed up and left. After over a year of not going to Wendy’s, we definitely won’t be going back. This is ridiculous how we pay for stuff and don’t get what we ordered.

Very disappointed service here. Ordered through Uber eats a combo and received the fries, cookies and a chili BUT MISSING MY BACONATOR SANDWICH! I called and spoke with whom sounds like a middle she or older male about 1 minute ago. No apology, or anything. He said whay you’ll have to do is call uber eats since you ordered through Uber 3ats and tell them what’s missing and they’ll give you your money back * STRAIGHT SILENCE* I asked so how does the burger go missing, what happened. He started to suggest maybe the Uber driver took it. I informed that the bag had the stickers still on it and ripped open when I tried removing the stickers. Tbh, it wasn’t surprising to him almost like he anticipated the call HE PROBABLY got into it with the young driver and intentionally left out my food so i would complain or ATE my burger. Because his attitude when i called the attitude was already there as soon as he knew it was me with the missing order. The service is here for convenience now what use is it off you receive a meal without the main portion of the meal??? I wouldn’t hire him at my place of business. It’s their job to check orders and make sure all items are in the bag, so that’s strange!!. Repeatedly telling me to call Uber without any type of concern is disrespectful to a customer spending their money at a establishment. Shame on him. I could be feeding a family without a car and that’s all I had. If he don’t care it seems like he doesn’t need that job. ZERO STARS!!

My food is always hot and fresh tasting at this location and the staff is super sweet. Today, a dude was singing when i got up to get my food and literally made me giggle out loud. Whoever today’s shift was is amazing! Thanks for a perfect fast food order. I really needed that today! ❤️

If I could give 0 stars I would. On today 5/24/2025 at 8:38PM I bought some Wendy’s, I had a salad and 2 biggie bags. Now normally I don’t mind a mess up but this was a whole order mess up. I got a salad that had 2 labels one being the original order and the second label which was put over the first was the salad I order but still didn’t receive. There were 4 apples in it and they were old and mushy and my leaves were brown. In my biggie bags I had double stacks and they messed up by making jr bacons and when we confronted, they just kept the burger and put 2 extra patties on it. So they didn’t even make an effort to make sure it was right they gave a triple burger. And the fries were very old and hard. I wouldn’t go there again and I strongly suggest that nobody does you may get sick. I did contact the store and the manager just told me to give my name to come back but had me on hold for 30 mins before I could give it and I tried calling back multiple times but he kept the phone off the hook.

A computer takes your order at the drive-through. It’s very confusing and terrible. You need to have real people working to take your order because now we’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes while the actual worker at the window tries to change our order because the computer did not take it correctly!!! A robot cannot give good customer service. This is a VERY bad company decision Wendy’s!!! ‍♀️

5 ***** location in every respect. A top-notch operation, from top to bottom, from the General Mgr to the crew, this restaurant consistently exceeds customer expectations. The location is clean inside and out, the food is fresh (Dave’s way), and the crew is welcoming, friendly, and happy! In addition, there is great value to be found on the menu and app daily deals as well. Thank you for being a clear example of excellence that”competitors” too often fall farshort of. Today, I enjoyed a fresh sour cream and chive potato (at 10:45 am) and had this view. Enjoy everyone…
