I went through the drive-through for breakfast after my wife had chemotherapy and she was having hot flashes. And we ordered orange juice which came warm and I asked them for 2 cups of ice. They charged me $6.07 to get 2 cups of ice. That is the worst I’ve ever seen out of a fast food restaurant now that they don’t like to give no cups of ice or cups to individuals six dollars is absurd.

Worst Burger King ever. The inside is never open and its not because of shortage…theyre just lazy. My orders are never right and if it is…its always cold. The employees lack basic customer service knowledge and skills. The parking lot is forever littered with cigarette ends and trash. For this to be a burger king thats on the corner of a busy main intersection…its horrible. Its more of a waste of money than a profit. I’ll never return and I’ll never buy anyone Burger King. I wont even take someone to get food from Burger King. I’ll act like its not even there.

By far the laziest burger King workers I’ve ever met. Just save yourself the trouble and go to McDonald’s it’s less than a mile down and they will actually give you decent service and food.

Always friendly and very helpful staff anytime I have come and I am a regular to this location on Harvard the bathroom and in general all common areas seem to be in clean order when I come in food is always hot and crispy the drinks station is always properly dispensing soda no uneven mixtures.
