When I lived in the area I decided to try the mcdonalds there. I only have gone through the drive through and found it quite typical in a good way.
Foodwise, when I order at any mcdonalds I always get fries and at most they are not the best either undercooked or somehow way too crunchy and thin. BUT THIS PLACE ALWAYS HAD THE BEST FRIES ANY FAST FOOD GAVE ME. I would be willing to kick a puppy to get their fries again. I only remember one instance where it was close to room temp but still warm. I did not try any other foods but I was heavily tempted which is unusual for me but from others I heard that their other food items were good compared to most Mcdonalds.
I highly recommend this place cause the food is great last time I was there. I will forever miss this mcdonalds as I moved.
Anyways. The outside was the same as any other place and the service was typical too which was just fine. I would assume they work with low pay as most fast food places so I would not judge them if they had attitudes which I never experienced in drive throughs. They also very rarely forgot something.

Not impressed from a drive through experience. The girl at the drive through kept calling me Ma’am, when I’m clearly not a ma’am… I have to keep repeating myself over and over. The sundaes don’t come with peanuts any more, I’m told. When I got my fries, they were only filled about halfway…so I gave them back the bag and said my fries need to be filled, which they did and apologized. They were a bit salty but they were fresh and hot.

They never put condiments, I asked and paid for, in the bag. I always have to go back in there and ask several times. The last time I had to wait until my food got cold waiting for sauce. Then had some thuggish young girl talk to me like we were about to become YouTube stars.. if someone recorded. Cause I had taken all I could stand. Ever since Tom pezold sold it, it has went down. It can’t get any lower. The entire place needs to be fired and start over. It would help if they hired people who can read and write. Burger King has way better service. Even though both places serve toxic nonfood!!

Today is 02/10/2026 , and I order a medium 10 PC nugget meal. Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes before I got upset and walked in, just to find my food sitting on the counter and cold. I was requested to pull forward and the food would be brought to me, 4 customers came through drive through after me, and left before I did.
Myself, and my family will not be coming to a restraunt that can’t keep up with the pace, busy or not a 10 PC shouldn’t take half an hour to make, this is suppose to be fast food, and I received the exact opposite.

Great happy meal I loved the lady in the window she was cool and they made me my mother and my brothers my happy meals really quick and they were perfect I love this McDonald’s you should definitely go some time! Merry Christmas! Also looks very clean and the other people that gave this McDonald’s a bad rating,are obviously just haters and have never been loved by McDonald’s.

Ordered four cheese burgers, two plain only meat cheese and bread, the other two extra onion. Got only two cheese burgers that were plain with onion. Gave them back the two burgers and asked them for the correct order and got the two plain ones but the other two were the same burgers just handed back to me with mustard and ketchup added. No effort whatsoever to make the correct order.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a mcrispy regular and a large fry. As you can see my fries were clearly burnt waited 15 mins and the whole time my food was bagged up and thrown to the side. The workers attitudes were absolutely grotesque. They were very belligerent and their tone was extremely annoyed. 0/10 would never eat again. PS I saw rat traps In various areas of the store and one of them contained a baby rat.

My co worker and I stopped at this mcdonalds location on the way to work waited almost 10 minutes before having to pull up to the window to order because they weren’t taking orders in the lane we were in (i dont know why). She took our order at the window we had two separate orders and we got the same meal. We finally get to the 2nd window and one meal was missing a fry we explained to them we needed our fry and they went back and forth with us for a while before the manager came to the window and printed off a receipt saying she couldnt give us the fry because thats not how it was rung up. The line behind us was pile up around the building all because they made an error and I couldnt get the full meal I asked for. It was their error I should have gotten the fry. Idc how small of the issue it is but to refuse to give me what I ordered because of an error yall made was crazy. Being in a mcdonalds line for over 15 minutes is insane.
