Forget part of the order every time. What food that is correct is cold half the time. For some reason, shakes seem to mean flavored milk, and the fast is missing from the fast food. The only consistency from this location is their ability to disappoint. Service is at least mostly friendly.

I only give 4 stars because my kids and husband want to go here way more than I like. Food is good. Sonic double smasher is really good. I love going to Sonic for the drinks personally. Usually service is great.

The server was very nice. The food doesn’t qualify as food. Absolutely disgusting. Wilted lettuce. Nasty tasting beef. Chicken so tough it had to have been sitting a long time.
The only bright spot was ice cream. Hard to screw that up.

Went on my lunch got the #1smashburger and it was absolutely nasty. So greasy and cold. The fries were also cold. Only thing that was actually ok was the strawberry lemonade.

They always make great slushies, work incredibly fast, and stay focused on what they’re doing.
The app could use a bit of improvement since it can be laggy and slow, but aside from that, no complaints at all.

We stopped to grab a quick drink while on the road. It took 35 minutes to get 3 drinks. That is unacceptable! The employee that was on the speaker was rude. I placed my order on my app and I couldn’t check in. I told her that there was an order for me but she said she didn’t see it and went on helping others. I would’ve just left but I already paid for it. She never did come back to me so I just had to wait for the screen to clear so I could check in. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP THERE!!
