My experiences here have usually been fine, but as of recent, the service here has been pitiful. The second most recent time we came here, we ordered four blasts through the app, and scheduled it for pickup around 20 mins later. I arrived at one of the stall at pickup time and checked in just fine, but it took the staff an additional 20-25 mins before they finally came out with my order. On top of this, the order was wrong! So they had to go back to correct the order, which took another 5-10 mins, before they eventually came out with what appeared to be the correct order. However, when we got home, we discovered that although the flavors looked correct on the top, underneath the surface two of the blasts were different flavors than we ordered! All of this and no attempt by the location to compensate me for my order or the time I spent waiting. On my most recent visit, we ordered 3 ice cream cones. However, the guy who served them to us was not wearing gloves to handle the food, and his hands appeared to be quite red around his fingers. Additionally, one of the cones did not look presentable at all (see picture), yet he still served it to us even though he could clearly see it was not and even commented “This looks sad”. Overall, the service at this location has been terrible as of recent, and something needs to be done to correct it.

Absolutely ridiculous. Takes 3 times for them to get a simple order right when they weren’t busy. The woman on drive thru was super rude and disrespectful along with everyone there it seemed like. They had a lot of younger people there in the back without a uniform on and their district manager clearly did not care that I waited 15 minutes the first time, had to come back twice, and that the staff was a mess. Will not be returning. And after the 3rd time my order still was not 100% right but I was not going back a 4th time. Save yourself the time and peace.

absolute bs. i went to get two drinks that i ordered ahead of time. my app said they were going to be ready before i arrived. when i got there, i gave them my name and pulled around to the window. not only were the drinks not done, but whoever was scheduled that night was doing everything BUT serving customers. all i hear is a crazy amount of screaming and half of the staff standing around doing nothing. additionally when i received my drinks, there were no labels, and when i asked the staff member which was which (because they were the same color) he had no idea. might as well let teenagers run this place at this point.

Spend some money on the place or bulldoze it. Drive thru works so badly that I eventually drove away because I couldn’t communicate with the person inside. When I drove by I could see the poor girl in the window fretting about her headset. That was last time. This time – long line at the drive thru indicated continued issues so I went to one of the side bays. Screen broken, can’t pay.

Sonic is always a great spot for a quick bite, and the food is consistently good! The burgers, tots, and slushes never disappoint. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy hours. It sometimes takes longer than expected for the food to come out, but when it does, it’s always fresh and tasty. Overall, a solid place for a drive-in meal—just be prepared to wait a little
