Stop by this little slice of whimsy for a traditional drink and to watch a match. It’s an itty bitty place with big personality. She gets 5 stars just for pulling all this off in this boutique space.

The variety of food here is surprising as well. Meat pies, fruit pies, cakes and other sweets. Made fresh daily.

Seasonal pear martini – oh wow 10/10
Breakfast meat pie: 8/10 – hot, savory toasted yum. It has a little kick too.

Atmosphere – 7/10, pop in for a quickie 😉
Staff – 10/10
Drink Select: 10/10 – it might be a wee bit tiny, but the drinks are pop’n.

Look for this adorable royal blue shop. It won’t disappoint.

Don’t forget to ❤️ and follow for more fan favs!

They sell Strongbow and sausage rolls! Very authentic! The owner’s son is still chef.
Way better than Greggs please come ❤️ remind me a lot of the good days at uni and work in Durham and London
PS I happened to come to Savannah this time for an English cultural event… and this pub means everything, incrementally… how lovely the owner and the people here are ❤️

We stopped over the weekend and all seating areas full including the bar. Happy we tried again mid week. We sat at the bar which has only 8 seats. Very enjoyable time and the pies were wonderful with a buttery crust and packed with meat and flavor. I had the chicken curry and shocked how much tender chicken was inside. My husband had the chicken and thyme and he said it was the best meat pie he has had in a long time. Location is near City Market and trolley stop.

Super cute little pub that can easily accommodate shellfish allergies as there is no shellfish onsite. I tried the Chicken & Thyme Savory Pie by the bartender’s recommendation and it was delicious! There is a tiny indoor bar serving adult beverages with 8 seats to eat onsite or a counter to order your pie to go which I did. The container kept my pie warm and they included utensils and napkins, I’ll definitely return in the future!

@diningwithdirk: For whatever reason, I hadn’t made it to The Little Crown until today — and now I’m wondering what took me so long.
In walks Sarah (with an H for humble) and I ordered the steak and potato pie, perfectly paired with a pint of Guinness. A classic move.
Small, cozy, and effortlessly entertaining — exactly what you want in a proper pint spot. The pie? Hot and flaky… a lot like some of your colleagues.
Do yourself a favor: be like Sarah. Run, don’t walk, for this English treat.

Found this spot by chance while on the trolley tour, either stop #10 or #2. We also came after grabbing a slice at Vinnie Van Go Go, so I was still pretty full. Had I seen this spot first, I definitely would’ve gone for the shepherd’s pie and a lot more… maybe even a drink! The bar had a relaxed, easy England vibe, which I loved. Service great!

Of course, we had to try something even though I was stuffed. We ended up getting the breakfast sausage roll

This is a cute little pub in the Savannah City Market serving delicious British pies, pasties, rolls, and desserts. All of the items on their website aren’t baked and available in the pub everyday because there’s only so much room in the cases, but even if the one you were eyeing online isn’t there in person, there are enough other tasty options for you to find one to make you happy. Ivory was manning the counter and was so friendly and attentive throughout our visit. My husband and I went a little crazy and ordered enough for 4 people (hey, if you’re in Savannah for a limited time and are foodies with a list of eateries to visit, you make your order count! LOL). We tucked ourselves at a table in one of the snugs found by passing through the door/hall at the end of the register counter and Ivory checked in on us periodically, seeing how we were managing our buffet of food. The Chicken Curry Pie and Steak & Mushroom Pie were filled to the brim with tender meat and sauce. The Sausage Roll and Cheese/Onion/Potato Pasty had such flaky pastry and were stuffed full of filling. And the desserts were amazing: I’m a sucker for a Custard Tart and theirs was scrumptious (had me craving a cup of tea); I’d never had Banoffee Pie before and theirs made me a fan (think toffee and bananas with caramel – decadent!); and the Cherry Bakewell Tart was my husband’s favorite. If we lived in Savannah, we would be eating here at least once a week.

Great find in Savannah! This is the tiniest pub in the state of Georgia! There are only a handful of seats at the bar but they have good beers on draught and make some really nice cocktails.

The really big deal of this place however is that they serve authentic British style pies. They offer savory type pies and dessert pies that are absolutely fabulous! I bought a couple of sausage rolls to eat for breakfast the next day and they were great. I also bought a chicken curry pie that was astonishingly good! The crust was delightful and it was filled almost entirely with meat. Actually, I made two meals off of it!

Cheers!
