What type of buffet has no food at the buffet? CiCi’s Pizza… the only thing that I liked was the man cleaning tables and the girl handling the salad buffet. Other than that, so many people are waiting at an empty buffet Midday Saturday. Good Job

Why are you still open? No ranch, no parmesan, no ice, tables and chairs are sticky , no telling when the last time they were clean, what happened to “Welcome to CiCis”?? Do everyone a favor just shut the doors. It is disgusting. Floors nasty, tables are not being turned.

Worst pizza I’ve had in my entire life, very limited selection. first and last time visiting. ceiling tiles very dusty, particularly around the food area. You are paying for nothing but pizza dough. if I could post a picture I would. went there hungry, left just as hungry. If you want grease and pizza dough this is the place to go.

Hardly any pizza so I had to fix my great grandson dinner when we got home. Staff said they were “out of cinnamon rolls”. We didn’t believe it so we went on line and ordered some, ya know…. to pay for them. What do you know…. we were able to do that! Place was dirty…. tables and floor sticky. Won’t be back.

It’s a all u can eat. The soup was delish and salad bar was good. Jus the tomatoes were a little past prime. The pasta was good with the Alfredo sauce. And pizza was good as well. Def go back for the $ aspect of eating out. Aloha

We wanted to bring our grandkids for pizza. Saturday evening, 5:30, there are 2 pizzas on the buffet, and some noodles.
We are told ‘ be patient with is, there are only 2 people working tonight.’ we were patient, but there were never more than 3 pizzas on the line at any one time, and as soon as they were brought out, they were pretty much gone.
Bottom line, the Management here is not doing there job. I have worked as a restaurant manager for many years, and there is no excuse for the state of that restaurant on a Saturday night. Maybe someone called out, maybe someone got sick or quit ( which wouldn’t surprise me, the environment must be terrible) regardless, why wasn’t the situation taken care of? Why didn’t the manager come to work? We won’t be back for a very long time. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience. No lids for the regular size cups, no bacon, no cinnamon rolls, and no breadsticks. Even worst the floor was sticky throughout the entire right side of the restaurant and the only table that was decently clean we had to wipe down because it too was sticky. Not to mention there was almost always never any pizza up there. I cant blame the 1 person making the pizza because its was obviously was an issue of understaffing on a SATURDAY DINNER RUSH. I was hoping since it’s been about 5 years since I’ve last visited that it would be a better experience. Turns out the experience was even worse than before. Will definitely never be returning to this establishment again and wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to come here.

I don’t like the fact that they can’t mention the deal in order for you to receive it. I paid $34 for three of us yesterday. When I mentioned the deal, she said, I can do it if you mention it to me. But since I’ve already rung you up, it’s too late. And she apologized. Correct me if I’m wrong but nowhere that I see on the website that you had to mention it in order for you to receive it. There was also nothing in the store advertising the $5.99 . I’m a single mother so I appreciate a deal every now and then. Just food for thought.

they continued to take people’s money despite the fact that there was no pizza, no pasta, no drink lids, half the drinks weren’t working. the manager, sharon, went off on me after i asked for my money back so we could leave after i realized there was no way they were going to meet the demands of the 50+ people waiting for pizza. i’ve contacted corporate. the other workers are teenagers and were clearly so stressed and overwhelmed. this location is filthy and can’t do the one job they’re being paid to do.
