I’m so happy I found a real Puerto Rican restaurant near me! My first time experience was great. The food definitely tastes authentic and very close to how my family cooks. We ordered their carne guisada dish, empanadas (“pastelillos”), shrimp mofongo, and last but not least, flan! Que Rico! Totally coming back and bringing my family when they visit. Wepa!

First let me start off by saying I don’t normally do this at all , I’m writing this review because surrender deserves me taking the time to write this! I ordered some empanadas & chuletas platter and food was the best Puerto Rican food I’ve had in a long time !! Everything tasted amazing and cooked to perfection! Price was fairly decent and worth every penny! Service is kind and was greeted and acknowledged right away . LOVED THE AESTHETIC, makes you feel the tropical vibes. Definitely will be ordering from here again.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Woodbridge area. The food is absolutely delicious, don’t even get me started with the portion sizes; Just Right!!!. The Rican Twist lunch special was exactly what I needed, light and delicious. So much so I went back after work just to try the tres leches cake, best decision ever. Definitely a 10/10 recommend.

Called today around 12 noon to place a large order of empanadas… by 1:30 I had 25 empanadas…. 10 chicken 10 beef and 5 cheese…
We brought these to a Halloween / birthday party and they were an absolute hit and the talk of the whole day. Fresh authentic, the green and red sauces both fresh and delicious as well.. I will be back for more. I would like to say I also want to eat here i was looking through a menu waiting for my order and I have to tell you the eat in menu is amazing and the place is absolutely spotless and clean.

This place is by far the best Puerto Rican food in all of NJ. Its even better than the ones in NYC. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The food brings me back to my family visits in Puerto Rico. My grandfather says it brings him back to when he was little, growing up in Fajardo. I visit every time I’m in town without fail. 10/10

I live 20 minutes away and this is still my go to spot. The steak/chicken and rice are phenomenal. BUT the tacos that they serve here aren’t even close to any other tacos I had around here, and I’m usually picky when it comes to tacos. Every time I come in it’s always good energy
