I normally go to this wendys but they have messed up my orders back to back now. I requested no mustard on the burger for my girlfriend since she’s allergic and they still used mustard. I ordered a medium sized frosty and received a small. This has been happening a lot recently and I hope they get it together, attention to detail should priority #1.

This a Wendy’s deserves an award. In all the businesses I’ve ever interacted with this is the ONLY business where the AI is working correctly but the humans mess up every single time. My orders consistently come out wrong. I give my order and the AI will write it out correctly. I can see it on the receipt yet the folks making the food mess it up every single time. Does no one care? Does the manager take naps in the back? When you go inside to have the order fixed you’re never the only one lol. There are multiple people asking for orders to be fixed. Hey OWNER, your people do not care. It cannot happen every single time, lighting doesn’t strike me when I walk outside, it’s not just me. (Please don’t reply to this asking me to contact you or provide more info, just fix your business. Easy).

STAY AWAY FROMT THIS WENDY’S! This Wendy’s is literally the most HORRIBLE Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life! I went on 1/19 in the afternoon. Jesus was RUDE as hell. And the manager could care LESS and was just as bad. I tried to order a side of brownie batter sauce for my Jr Frosty’s since my child only like a little bit (I buy a side of brownie batter sauce at every other Wendy’s for 53 cents every-time. Never been an issue at any other Wendy’s I’ve gone to.) He gave me the RUDEST look when I asked, and then the manager said “Maybe at the other Wendy’s the manager allows it, but NOT HERE!” Like what?! Never coming back to this Wendy’s ever again!✌️ Jesus even made me remove my car keys out of my car so he can see the frosty’s key tags MORE to give me my Frosty’s! Mind you: I showed it to him from inside the car, and that STILL wasn’t enough for him. I Had to actually REMOVE the car keys out, turn OFF my car and put the keychains in front of his FACE! ✌️ Never AGAIN!

Got my beconanator fries with no shredded cheese (only cheese sauce) When asking about it, the manager gave me cold shredded cheese on the side. I told her that’s not how the fries are supposed to come, that I wanted melted like the picture. But she rolled her eyed, sighted, and told me to pull aside. Her attitude was so nasty. I know I’m just one person and that they don’t care as long as their line is moving, but the nasty attitude is totally uncalled for. Be happy with your job, we all got problems. Definitely not coming back. (Date visited 10:23, 5:40pm)

They didn’t even mention that they were out of a menu item until after I had picked up my order and then asked for the missing item. They almost let me leave with a mostly empty bag. They didn’t offer an alternative or refund either, I had to ask for a refund and then it took them 10 minutes to give it. I’ll never return.

I visit this place nearly everyday, some of the staff are exceptional the rest and are excruciatingly rude. I typically laugh about it, understanding just how underdeveloped you have to be to project negativity on to visitors. Nevertheless, I wish them well and much success! It doesn’t matter when you visit, there will always be someone there who will try to make you feel like your not welcomed, just pray for them, they have not discovered their humility as of yet.

Management here is terrible. Rude and not helpful. When I was bringing a very serious topic to the manager she basically gave attitude and told me it never happened without actually looking into it so if you like having your card number stolen from the drive-thru definitely go here

It’s 12am Monday and everyone waited in the drive thru just to hear that they were closed and to “keep driving” by the person taking orders… ?? Went back around and waited and saw they was taking orders but telling ppl what to order. This is what I got. Rock hard, burnt, and cold? sandwich and that’s the same as those careless fries. They need to close this location down. Went around to show them, and was told they were closed again while they was laughing. Smh
