Amazing restaurant with great service. You have to be looking for this place as it a nearly hidden gem. Food was fresh and made to order. Server and service were friendly and prompt. The cheese sticks were huge and perfectly gooey. I had the catfish and the breading was perfect. The salmon was seared nicely and cooked and seasoned well. The fried bologna sandwich was huge, never seen bologna that thick.
Highly recommend you stop by and give this a try.

Here for dinner during the Christmas season. Festive atmosphere, good service and the food was delightful. Pictured are is the chicken salad sandwich and the liver and a onions both with delicious onion rings.

Food is always great. Just gotta make sure to check the pick-up orders. Missing dressing for my salad . And I put no mashed potatoes but please add an extra gravy but they left off the gravy off the meal itself. Thankfully they did add a separate gravy. Will still go back and always enjoy it!!!

Awesome food here. The service was slow, but the food was delicious. Family feeling with family seating arrangements. I will be going back. Hopefully the service will be better. If you’re in the Seymour area stopping and see these people for some really good food.

We decided to travel to Seymour Grill this past week. It is a nice little place in the town of Seymour. Very reasonable prices and plenty of food. They start you off with a basket of freshly popped popcorn for the table. The place was small and the atmosphere was plain, but the food was really good. It was pretty busy for a Thursday night. I had the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and home made mac ‘n cheese. The chicken was tender and juicy and came out very hot, but the gravy was a tad plain. It was good but could have used a little more seasoning. The mashed potatoes and mac ‘n cheese were very good. My daughter got the chicken tenders with a side of mac ‘n cheese. My son ordered the country fried steak with mac’n cheese and cole slaw. My husband got the meatloaf along with mashed potatoes and brown gravy as well as sweet potato casserole. Plenty of good food. The server was great and kept our glasses full and anything else we needed.

Never had popcorn for an appetizer anywhere nice touch. I had a crock of French onion soup. It was very tasty. Second visit I had the 8 ounce well done hamburger steak with A1,
mashed potatoes with gravy and corn. All were very good. The mashed potatoes and corn were great as leftovers with Sam Club’s rotisserie chicken and Publix Italian bread.

01/02/2026: My boyfriend and I had lunch today at the Seymour Grill. Our service was very good. The waitress always had a smile and checked on us many times. We had this special, which was cabbage rolls, with two sides. The food was delicious!
2025: I have been to the Seymour Grill many times and enjoy it each time I go. Today was no exception. I ordered the French Onion Soup and a Chicken Chicken Salad. The soup was probably the best French Onion Soup I have had in years! The chicken chicken salad was delicious and boy, was it a huge portion! I ended up bringing home half of it to eat later on.

Everything was good. It was a decent experience all together. There was nothing bad or disappointing about thr service, ambiance or food. However, there was nothing amazing either. You will get filling food as well as good service but im not sure anything will rush you to continously come back through the doors.
