It’s a great place to stop by and grab an okay pizza for an okay price but it’s not winning any awards and every other large pizza chain is better in my opinion but this pizza still beats anything you make at home from the grocery store, kinda numbed it’s definitely no longer a $5 “hot and ready pizza” it’s more like $10 or so for cheese or pepperoni and around $14-15 for a 5 meat and those are definitely not hot and ready you go thru the drive thru and they hand you a beeper and you have to go to the front of the lot and park when it goes off you got to go back thru the drive thru again 15 minutes later which I gotta say annoys me but I will accept it to get fresher pizza. Biggest thing that sucks here is the parking and getting into and out of the lot it just happens to be on one side of the highway with only one light and is on one of the main entrance routes into Roanoke so it’s always a pain getting in and out and the parking lot is small, but I will say last 2 times I got domino’s pizza it was $70 some freakin how even with discounts, and Papa John’s ain’t to far from there either so if you don’t want to spend almost a days wages on fricken pizza and want something that is “real pizza” and not Tombstone or Totino’s imposters then this is a pretty good spot and hard to beat for that niche.

There is no such thing as a Hot and Ready here. There’s an hour or longer wait every time we order a simple pizza. Today, there was a 2 liter exploded everywhere and the employees were standing around not cleaning it up at all. It was right in front of the sofa fridge so customers had to step through it to get their drinks. This doesn’t raise my confidence that the store is generally clean.

Placed an order for a cheese pizza fresh from the oven.
Stood by to wait for it. Noticed that the floor was as sticky as though I were walking on the glue used for floor tiles.
Manager eventually brings out my pizza. She proceeds to start publicly scolding the clerk for making me wait instead of giving me one from the hot’n’ready cabinet. Clerk tries to explain that’s what I wanted; she starts shutting her down. I speak up to defend the clerk, and (if I heard her right), the manager responds to me with, “I wasn’t talking to you”.
Brought the pizza home to find that 80% of the cheese had turned bronze despite asking for it fresh. And the crust (once again) smelled of stink bugs.

The app told me that my pizza was ready for pick up. My husband goes to get it inside, he calls me and tells me the order isn’t ready. We waited almost and hour. I went inside to speak to the manager because it shouldn’t be taking this long for an order I placed on the app. Manger comes back and tells me oh we can’t find your order so we going to make another one. They didn’t even bother to check this whole time of my order after telling my husband that it will be right out. Do better !! Never coming back. Sticking to domino’s!!!

It’s depressing, honestly. Supposed to be drive thru. This place is never ever ever able to keep up with demand.
I don’t know why. Not going back. I’m tired of going through a drive thru to have them tell me it’s a 15 minute wait, hand me a beeper, 25 minutes later it’s not going off, I go inside and other people are being handed pizza at the counter, and i have to ask what is going on.
People are visibly weary inside, leaning against the walls, windows, and counter, all just waiting on the simplest of pizzas.
This is dumb. Do better.

So I was disappointed previously due to getting wrong order several months ago . Decided to give them another chance . Order a supposed deep dish pizza that was door dashed and took over a hour and half. When it arrived it was not sealed like most door dashed deliveries. My order basically was just bread with a slight bit of cheese and sauce ( see pics )and no flavor at all. How this place is still open I don’t know. I highly do not recommend !!

They can never get my order correct in the drive through, make you wait 20 mins in the parking lot to even get your food and then when you go inside the order is not correct and they tell you it’s going to be another 10 mins.

In reply. The store has an odd way of only bringing on vehicle up from the screen at a time, so after waiting 5 minutes in a backed up line I just decided to go inside (this isnt the first time, this is normal). Once inside I wait another 2 minutes for the guy ordering in front of me and when done I get asked how I could help you. I replied online order for drive thru pick up for Stanley. She is looking in various boxes and then another employee asks he a question and she starts on another quest to find that. Comes back, apologizing and asks again how can I be helped and again goes of on another quest for a different employee. Finally the drive thru person asks me and gets my stuff. A super cluster just to pick up what I ordered.

This is my second time going to Little Caesars, and I regret the decision. First time I went, I was not acknowledged standing at the front waiting for someone to service me Promise 20 minutes. The second time I waited practically 40 minutes for them to make a hot and ready cheese pizza. Absolutely ridiculous I will never go back here again!!!

Unsurprisingly horrible customer service, as seems to be the norm ever since they changed locations. Pulled up to the drive-thru when there was only one other car in the entire lot, and one more car pulled up after me. The employee in the drive thru asked “what can I get you?” And after ordering one pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread I was told “that’s going to be an hour and a half wait”
Again, there were now only two other customers on the premises and one of them arrived after me. I asked why it would be such a long wait when it seemed like they were very slow at the moment and was ignored. After leaving I tried to call multiple times and speak to the manager and they never answered. This place needs an entirely new staff including management
