Food: for 5/5 stars at a fast food restaurant, all I expect is consistency. Quality at this location is consistent with most other McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. No weird drops in quality. It’s McDonald’s, decide for yourself if that’s good enough.

Service: I’ve recently become very hard of hearing. Staff here have been willing to flex with me as I adapt to a new disability. Very friendly, very patient when I struggle. Always a good experience.

Atmosphere: I haven’t really experienced the atmosphere from the inside. Looks clean? The parking lot is in pretty good repair, I don’t really encounter pot holes here. I’ve never seen the outdoor trashcans overflowing with garbage.

Hopefully the owner sees this and realizes it’s why this McDonald’s has become trash. Your employees don’t care. The teen girl running the drive thru speaker on 2/21 at 8 pm, very rude, couldn’t be bothered to listen to our order, we pulled up and found her doing nothing but talking/bothering the kid who was trying to run the drive thru window by himself, she didn’t get the order right since she didn’t listen, so we left. Hire kids who actually want to work. None of us will ever go back after we saw the kind of people who work at this location. No wonder it was empty.

Food should be 0/5 given I didn’t get the chance to try it. Arrived at this establishment Halloween night (a Friday) at 11:35 pm (it said online they close at midnight.) sat at the speaker for 20 minutes total. 10 of those minutes I was behind another car. The car circled around and I pulled forward, waited another 10 minutes. I saw the guy from the other car go inside so I went inside as well. By this time it was already 11:55. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude, I mean EXTREMELY rude. Was unwilling to help even though the restaurant was still technically open. Ignored the customers inside but yelled at another employee for not locking the door. By the time she reluctantly came over to help us I was too uncomfortable to order anything even though I had been waiting 25 minutes at this point. This was my absolute worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I feel management should review cameras and reevaluate staff.

Stopped off to get food. Wanted to sit down and eat but the WHOLE place was really dirty. I asked a person if they could wipe a table for me and they said they would get someone. After 15 minutes I asked if they could just give me a rag to wipe off a table. They said let me get someone AGAIN. Rude kids, dirty tables and chairs. I won’t be back.

Not sure why, but this McDonald’s historically has the coldest fries of any franchise I’ve visited. I understand getting good help can be a challenge but there is no reason for the window employees to roll their eyes when asked for ketchup to go with the cold fries. The one thing this store had going for it, at least outside, was how clean it was.

I’m very disappointed. Used to be the best McDonalds we ever ate. Just recently moved to the area from Kc and it was nice to have smiling faces and fresh food. Today was not that great experience. Burger looks, feels, tastes like it’s been in a hot window for an hour. Cheese and the patty are just dried out and burnt. Fries were extremely hot and fresh so we didn’t think to check the burger. Big mistake.

I rated a 0 stars because they are slow didn’t want to give back the change then their Pattie’s are tiny and their service sucks and they do not deserve to work there. They also threw the fries into the bag.

Dine in service was speedy, and items were correct. Server was dressed very nice, and handed me my items with a smile and a cordial have a great day. Much appreciated these days. The drive thru efficiency and speed has always been the deciding factor for me with this location. But, I will say the past 2 times I did use the drive thru, they were much quicker. Overall I recommend this McDonald’s with high marks. It’s always been clean inside, including the restrooms.

I placed a mobile order and selected drive-through pickup. After paying at the second window, I was told to pull into a curbside spot because they were too busy. When my order was brought out, the sauces I paid for were missing, so I had to go inside to get them myself.

Once I got home, I realized the snack wraps were the wrong kind — I ordered ranch and received spicy. I drove back to get the correct ones and was told they’d bring two new wraps out to me. I waited 15–20 minutes and no one ever came. I finally had to go back in and speak with the manager to get a full refund.

Each issue might seem small on its own, but the overall experience was frustrating and completely avoidable. Disorganized, slow, and careless service from start to finish.
