Ordered curbside pick up in my work truck like I’ve done probably a dozen times over the last month and the young man whose name is Giuseppe came out was extremely rude. I asked where my drink was and he said he forgot it walked back inside came back out, handed me my drink, and when I questioned him on what his first name was because of how rude he was bringing the food out he was extremely disrespectful in his tone and manner because I was in a work truck. I have an injury that prevents me from getting in and out of it very easily like I said before in this post, I’ve done this at least a dozen times at your restaurant, but this will be the last time I ever visit this McDonald’s. He was disrespectful rude and then when I asked him his first name, he gave me a bunch of crap because I was going to contact the management on his attitude and he wanted to argue with me. It’s time to do better and train your employees to be courteous at all time at no point was I disrespectful to him? It might be time to have a conversation With workers on treating customers with respect without us customers, you have no business they have no job

Ordered online because I had my kid in the car they had me pull to spot one after two other cars pulled in next to me and got there Orders someone came out asked what I got and said they handed my order to someone else and had to remake it. After 20 minutes I finally got my order got home and part of it was missing. This is easily my least favorite place to get food but its close so occasionally I forget how bad it is and order something just to be reminded why it sucks. It would be one this if this kind of thing didn’t happen all the time. When I called she blamed it on the new person… seems they always have a “new person” because that was the same problem last time.

Got breakfast here. The sandwich was soaked in grease. My drink I poured myself in the dining area. I got a juice. There was stuff floating in it and it tasted like it had soured in the lines. Fungus, mold something very yuck. I come to this area frequently and will no longer return to this mcdonalds. Staff seemed nice but drink and the food tells me no one cares about doing their job at this site.

I do not know how this place is still open! The food is at best lacking all the way around. If the sandwiches are not just thrown together, the fries are old and cold and the containers are not properly filled. They don’t read their screens properly because half the time the order is wrong.
I could understand a little if they were busy inside and thru drive though. But when I was the only one in drive thru and no one at the counter, there is absolutely no reason as to why the food was cold and poorly put together and kids standing around doing nothing.

Service is always slow and this location is always understaffed. Expect every order to be a wait. The Middlebury McDonald’s loves to make you pull out of the drive thru windows and sit in a parking space to make it look like they are hitting their customer delivery time quota.
I think this place reeks of mismanagement and an owner that squeezes every dollar out of employees and customers.
Parking lot conditions are very sad.
Hopefully my mind can change but this is just how it is here.

Waited over 20 minutes for food in the drive thru around 7:30. When I went in to see what was going on, they had “lost” the order. When I asked for a copy of the receipt it took them a minute to give that too me. Finally got the food somewhat cold after 25 minutes, no manager on duty to speak too. When I got to the vehicle I was going to fill out the survey only to find out that my survey code had already been used. Will not be returning to this location, faster to drive 1p minutes down the road to the other one and double back.

Ordered a simple 10 piece nugget meal with a small shake. Fries were great and fresh. Chicken nuggets were hard, dry, tasted like they’d been sitting. Good fresh nuggets are juicy, fresh, piping hot. And don’t look like a piece of cardboard. Disappointing.

Ordered a Egg mcmuffin & sausage mcmuffin meal. Had to pull forward and wait on the order, after waiting on the food received we received half egg mcmuffin. At least make it right while you have us wait.

Contrary to most of the other reviews, I didn’t have any issues with this location. I used a BOGO deal on the app ordering from my car for inside counter pickup, went in and waited about 5 minutes and my order was ready and correct. The inside seems recently remodeled with plenty of seating. I went on a Saturday morning at 9:30.

The management was very rude, because I did not know they had a new system in place I doordash and have been to this McDonald’s several times and never had a problem. Now there’s no way for me to pickup the order and the people will have to wait for someone eles to get their food. Because the manager could not be patient with me. And she told me I wasn’t aloud back there ever again. I will not go here and neither will anyone I know.
