I wanted to shout-out the awesome team at Chili’s, specifically a nice woman named Brianna (possible Branna, my hearing is awful lol). Long story short, I had a gift card that I couldn’t redeem through the Chili’s website or app, so I called yesterday to mention what was happening.
This young lady was SOOO understanding and helpful, letting me place my order and explaining what might have happened. I felt like I was being a pest, but you’d never know it from how amazing Brianna was. Thank you for the excellent service and amazing food!

Went on a Sunday evening… short wait ( <10 min). The hostess was friendly. Our server was not. He wasn't bad, per se. He took our orders, brought us the food and refilled drinks. But he never smiled, looked at us in the eyes or tried making conversation.
The food was good. And a few of us ordered custom stuff like no onions, no avocados, extra ranch, etc on our meals. All came out perfectly!

Our server was incredible! He was super friendly and patient with us while we took our time looking over the menu to order. He made some suggestions based off our request, and we went with a couple of the things he suggested! Food came out hot, fresh and good! We will definitely stop in again during our next visit to town.

Great service and food. There were 18 of us, and the waitress did outstanding keeping drinks filled etc. We also noticed she was running the bar and some other tables. She said there were only two of them there that day. My goodness. We left a 30% tip, but that probably wasn’t enough. Great food and atmosphere.

Ordered for delivery. Received the wrong food and it was terrible. The food was cold because no care was taken to close up the bag to keep it warm for delivery. Most door dash deliveries are closed and taped to prevent the driver from getting in the bag. Mine was wide open!

I called to complain at Claremore chilis that I didn’t get my complete order. They told me I could come back I didn’t want to due to waiting more than 20 minutes from the time it was ready via email. I complained my food was cold and fries soggy from wings because I didn’t know wings go in the same box. I was told I would receive coupons to make up the difference of the wait and missing item and soggy food, but never received them. Also when they came out 20 minutes after my order told me it was ready they came out and asked if we wanted a second order because they made two of my order and we said sure because we waited 20 minutes above the time scheduled she went to ask her manager and she came back 5 minutes later and said sorry we are saving it for use on others orders. Which to be honest that’s disgusting I would hate to get old food on account of the restaurant making duplicate orders.

Food was amazing! We absolutely loved our salads. I got the southwest salad and my friend got the Caribbean salad. My friend said she liked the fresh fruit and the different textures on her salad. I loved the spice, and tenderness of my chicken. Our server Maddie was very friendly and attentive. One of the best servers I’ve experienced lately!

Good Burger, one of the better I’ve ever eaten at a chilis. Definitely will swing in for another one soon to see if they are consistently this good. Great appreciation to the cook.
