$22 for two meals. Waiting in the driveway thru to order, waiting, to pay, waiting to get food. Get to the window given our drinks and told to pull forward to drive thru spot 2. Wait 10 or more minutes for food. Fries were like warm and not full. Fish sandwich was ordered with extra tartar sauce, but didn’t get much at all. Crazy to pay for food and service and both are poor.

Photos speak for themselves. SMH.Once again I go back and the same exact thing. Of course I was in a hurry so I couldn’t check till I got to work. Pathetic. I am calling corporate because at this point it’s becoming theft.

I visited this location a few days ago and the interaction is still bothering me.

As I pulled into the parking lot I could see a silver Chevrolet pickup sitting at the end of the drive thru line waiting for their food. After I ordered, paid and pulled up to the window that same truck was still waiting on their food. Cars were coming and going around them.

The girl at the window handed me my drinks and McFlurry. Then she said I would need to park and wait for my food. I would have to go around that same truck that had been sitting there this whole time. I told her I would wait at the window for my food and I wouldn’t be parking. She huffed, slammed the window and I could hear her yelling to someone that I was refusing the park.

Jack, a manager, came to the window to give me my food. After doing so, he asked why I didn’t want to park. I explained that I could see that same truck had been sitting there for 10-15 minutes at this point and I didn’t want to end up in the same position – forgotten about, ice cream melting and waiting on food that would inevitably be cold. He became extremely annoyed, very rude and started raising his voice.

He told me that next time I would have to park, I told him that wouldn’t happen and started driving away.

He kept yelling out the window at me and told me it was part of the job and that I have to park if they tell me to. I told him that his inefficiency and need to keep his cars-per-hour numbers wasn’t my problem and again I started driving away.

Mind you the whole time I’m trying to drive away I and having to try to navigate around that same Chevrolet truck that had been in the drive thru that while time.

He continued yelling at me telling me I have to park and next time I wouldn’t be served. I just went ahead and left at that point.

McDonald’s prices are already getting out of control, the least they could to is get you hot food quickly. If I wanted to sit around and wait for food, I wouldn’t have been in the drive thru. I won’t be visiting this location for a while, there are plenty of other options at this same intersection and more being built.

Jack needs some more training, especially if he’s a manager.

Never actually ate. Was in the drive through and couldn’t complete my order because before I could say what I wanted, the person taking my order kept interrupting asking if that was all. Completely disrespectful and rude.

I placed a mobile order. It doesn’t let you order a cup of water through the app so I asked for one and the younger blonde girl told me to pull up to the next window for a small cup of water which takes maybe 30 seconds to just make instead of just doing it for me right there..I had to go to a whole other window to wait for a small cup of water… She never came back with the water I just don’t understand how it’s that big of a deal I can’t even get a damn cup of water. I don’t care to pay for the water if I had to but don’t make somebody pull up to wait at a whole nother window for a cup of water that you were never going to give to them. that’s ridiculous.

Does not fill fries up. You order a large frie and they give you the amount of a medium. Horrible wait times where the staff act like they cant see you. Goodluck if you actually want to use cash I’ve never seen such rude customer service in my life. You might want to think about retraining your employees.

Quick service, friendly staff. Food was assembled a little sloppily making condiments leak out and cause a mess.

Updated Review – From 1 Star to 4 Stars

I had previously left a one-star review because I kept having the same issue—when I’d order a six-piece Happy Meal, I’d often end up with only four nuggets. It was frustrating, and while it didn’t happen every time, it happened enough (about 50/50) to be really annoying.

However, I have to give credit where it’s due. After my last bad experience, I called the store and spoke to the manager. They actually listened to my complaint, apologized, and told me to come back and they’d make it right. I returned almost a week later, and they kept their word—my meal was comped, and I really felt like they cared about fixing the issue.

The new management at this location is clearly making a difference. It’s nice to be heard and to see a place actually follow through on making things right. Thank you for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one.

Cook your burgers. Never had McDonald’s ever give me a raw burger in 35 years. This store, I’ve had almost ten from. They can’t find a cook to make a burger, i can’t wait till McDonald’s are automated.
