Little slow for fast food (15 min 2 person order) BUT very nice employees, clean. Bathrooms pretty clean. Food good. Kiosk gave me receipt which most are to lazy to fill and never get, was suprised when it came out.

Mcdouble meal was all fresh and hot. 5 cars in front of me, less than 5 minutes wait and I had my food pulling away. Cashier was friendly and great attitude. Double drive thru as well. Just visited again. Line went quick and got Merry Christmas back after I said it. Great meal, fresh n hot.

I come here at the beginning of breakfast anoir 3 times a week and it seems every single night their systems are down or they can only take cash and today to top it all off- they’ve completely closed early at 5:23 AM. This location is 24 hours but doesn’t seem to ever abide by corporate standards.
I highly recommend going to any other McDonald’s location if you have the ability.

Between drive-through and actually getting my two regular coffees, it took over 10 minutes! I have seen fleas fall off of a dog faster than these people move. It should never take that long for a customer to get a simple order. I don’t know if it’s management bringing down the morale and training of the employees or what I got asked to pull around because they were brewing my coffee and I sat there for almost 5 minutes. I had to go in and ask for the coffee and it was sitting right there on the counter. And when I came in, I heard the manager say “how much longer is it going to last” and it was evident she was complaining about how busy they were. You work in food service and just like many other services, it’s going to last forever as long as you work in it. Customers do not want to hear that. And if y’all want to be done so much quicker then speed it up and get your orders right and customers will be gone. And there were other people in there that had been waiting and were frustrated as well and they were expressing that when I started talking about my coffee. Something is not right at this restaurant and I would guarantee you it comes down to training. Get it together. Oh, and I used to work at this very same McDonald’s almost 25 years ago and it was not like this.

The iced coffee I ordered online took over 20 min to get and I had to ask because my number disappeared from the screen entirely. They were really busy and it’s tough. Sometimes it is easier to get the small orders out of the way. They were trying, I just suggest the drive thru over the counter pickup at this location. They were really trying though.

Placed a mobile order went through the drive through to pick up lady said she gave out my food and had me pull to pickup 6 had to wait a extra 25 and more (cuz I’m still sitting here waiting) min for them to cook my burritos and hash brown .
Yes I appreciate it being fresh but in all honesty what was the point in me ordering ahead I thank I would of came out quicker if I went through the drive through and placed my order like everyone else did .

My mother and I had been faithful customers to this particular McDonald’s since we moved here and that is dedication for the past 5 years now. Every time we take a lunch break we stop here for our meal… these past few days we ordered from here. Our meal was NOT cooked right and was NOT cooked to order as requested! We still will be filing a complaint with Corporate office AND the lead manager! The attitudes of the current employees stink and this review will NOT change until otherwise treated differently. One of the days we went to the drive thru and we sat there for a while and another driver pulled to the other speaker and THEY WAS SERVED FIRST!! Isn’t it first come, first served?!
Update: 5/13/2023 – the images you see is some type of sauce or cream on my wrapper for my poorly wrapped sausage biscuit. The only reason I come through to this particular store is when I’m in a rush or hurry. Plus, there’s still employees that have attitude issues that need to be readjusted!!
Update: 5/16/23: This time we ordered Chicken Nuggets with Large Fries. They tasted like burnt oil. If this restaurant is “ServSafe” qualified. These people would know that it’s not appropriate or safe to cook food in recycled oil that should be frequently changed. It made us nauseous and we cannot and will not eat another bite of food from this particular restaurant unless things change!! This is pathetic and a shame!!!
Update: (2/3/25): We dropped by the drive thru at midnight because we were on our way home and needed some food…. And I hadn’t even taken two bites of the double quarter pounder ordered and the meat was not cooked properly or fully. You do know you can give someone Salmonella illness and this company can be sued for any potential damages to the customers right?? Well, after this experience. I dont recommend anyone eat any burgers from this particular location…. The staff can be friendly but they aren’t utilizing the knowledge taught on cooking and preparing the meals efficiently. Very disappointed.

To Whom It May Concern, I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the food I received from your location tonight. Not only did the food look and smell old clearly not fresh but when I opened my bag, I also found a hair on my fries. That is beyond unacceptable. This was supposed to be my dinner after a long day, and with work tomorrow, the last thing I expected was to deal with this. I don’t usually complain, but this experience absolutely needs to be addressed. The food was unappetizing, poorly handled, and left me without a proper meal. I plan to bring the food back tomorrow, but I already know how it’s likely to go: a quick apology and an offer to remake it. Honestly, that’s just not enough. It’s sad that customers have to deal with old food and poor hygiene standards, especially from a brand as well-known as McDonald’s. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again to me or anyone else.

Anyone coming inside to eat has to wait for their main priority to be taken care of, which is drive thru. I just waited 22 mins for a value meal and a happy meal as i watched the employees focus on drive thru customers. I’m done with McDonald’s
