Ordered 2 small shakes, no cream, and 2 medium fries from my mobile app. Went to the drive thru, was asked my mobile number, repeated it to him, and he stated the didnt have that number. I stated back, that they have already taken money from my account, and this is the number I was given on the app. He was RUDE , didnt offer a clear solution, or ANY solution for that matter. Was snippy, condescending, and definitely shouldn’t be working with the public, let alone customer service. I actually left the drive thru to go in, and low and behold, there sat my order, in the counter. No workers in site, and I grabbed it and left. However, both shakes had cream( ordered NO WHIPPED CREAM), and to top it all off, I was charged $17.68! TWICE! 2 minutes apart.

The service was poor. The food was cold.When I asked to have the item warmed, as it was cold, she talked to the worker about me, not having a clue I speak and understand Spanish. She needs to realize my purchase is what’s giving her a paycheck.

We stopped a week ago and significant other went to use bathroom. Boogers were all over the wall and bathroom a mess. He told manager about it and the tall skinny lady said oh no one cleaned it last night. This morning we stopped on our way through and he used bathroom. Same boogers on wall. We stood at counter no one waited on us after 5 minutes. So we walked out. This place needs to be closed down. We are never coming back and letting everyone we know how gross and not good experience here

I pulled in the drive through simply to get two of there famous diet cokes. I sat at the screen for probably 3 minutes and it was half lit up and there was already one car in the drive through at the window. (6am btw)
So I figured maybe something was wrong with the screen or system so I drove around and waited for the car in front of me. Finally they pull away and the lady at the window ( cross eyed with a mustache ) tells me I need to drive around and wait. I tried to explain I was already there for a few minutes and she said I wasn’t there that long.
Before I saw this lady there was someone there everyday for years that was super nice and very polite ( barely spoke English but was very nice to deal with)
I guess there isn’t much to be expected anymore but trying to get two drinks shouldn’t be a hassle like this.

Lady on window 12/19/25 8:30 am handed coffee to car in front of me, where it was handed back. She proceeded to handle my order and gave me a coffee that was strikingly similar (green cup) I asked for a replacement (just being cautious) she tried to tell me otherwise and that’s fine but at this point just listen to the customer even if you’re right or wrong, I want a new coffee no matter what. Indian lady starts trying to convince me it’s my coffee by opening it up and showing me with her hands. Well now I really do not want it. Either way both old ladies weren’t wearing gloves at the window so I threw my cookies and coffee away.

I had to review this location because, let me tell you, it was THE BEST tasting burger and fries I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. Makes me wonder what I’ve eaten from other locations. The burger didn’t smell or taste funny. Fries were all golden and salted perfectly. Take it back if it’s less than satisfactory because that’s what I’m doing from here on out.

It’s the dirtiest Mc Donalds I have ever been too. No matter when we go there’s trash everywhere, the high chairs and play place are black from the dirt and we have to search for the one table that is semi clean. The service isn’t a lot better. They just left our dine-in order on the counter until it got cold. Instead of cleaning they’re just standing around when there’s no customers.

Ordered curbside. Man bringing it seemed annoyed, & rude. As for the cookies I ordered, it says to enjoy by 7:50 when I ordered it at 9:30 idk if it has to do with freshness or what not but the label is there for a reason right? Plus it looked like someone crumbled it up. There was only one complete cookie & I thought it was practice to heat them up. At least the ones I used to go to did so. Regardless of what kind of job, McDonald’s or a law firm, there is still a certain amount of decorum one should uphold and this guy didn’t have it.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, large fry, large drink and a double fillet-o-fish sandwich. The fish, fries and drink were correct, but the double quarter was anything but as it was literally just the bun, a burger patty and pickles. (See images) That is after paying almost $20 for this. NEVER returning to this location again because there’s always something going on with either incorrect orders or slow wait times!

Every time I get breakfast I order the same darn think, sausage biscuit and cheese, 8/10times I get egg with it or no sausage with it or just sausage . It’s completely ridiculous and bull crap.. and fast food ppl want 15+ an hour? What a joke
