But I remember when they opened here it was a pretty big deal we were getting a “proper” Italian restaurant. … Grazies what am I doing wrong?

My husband travels to Steven’s point for work so we decided to venture over to this establishment from our hotel.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Grazies.
Emma O. was very attentive and checked on us often.
I loved that the cook was in such a great mood when shouting out the names of the waitresses as there tickets came up.
The music was great as well as the rest of the staff.
I highly recommend!

Looking for a quick bite to eat, we decided to try Grazies. We were greeted and seated immediately and greeted by the waitress right away. The menu had a variety of appealing Italian selections, but both my wife and I (very hungry) decided on ordering the unlimited salad, bread and soup selection (the lunch price was slightly less expensive than the dinner hour price).

We came on a Friday in which they had chicken wild rice and clam chowder. Both being my favorite, I had very high expectations and was expectedly pleased (both were flavorful, had a perfect balance of ingredients, and were a perfectly hot temperature). Our choice for salad was the Ceasar, which both of us are certain was homemade. Everything was outstanding, including the home made bread!

Since we are vacationing in the area for another day, I had expectations to visit previous favorite restaurant for our remaining lunch, but both my wife and I agreed that we should come back today and enjoy it all again (curious what today’s soups will be!

I ordered the Italian stroganoff best I’ve ever had! Dessert was chocolate cake, amazing, cheese curds hands down my favorite over any others I’ve had. Side salad was okay and the ranch dressing was thick, very tasty. Waitress was attentive and helpful.

Will go there again next time I’m in Steven’s Point.

I went here with my mother for a good lunch and I’ve been here a couple of times before this.
I ordered the tequila lime with chicken and it was excellent and I got to say then I’m happy every time I come here the food is good the service is great and it’s really nice for the seating.
My mom got chicken alfredo and is fussy is she is she enjoying hers also.
Lastly we both had coffee and even the coffee tasted excellent I would definitely go back here again

This was my first time here over the spring. A friend of mine LOVES this place and had suggested it to catch up over dinner and drinks. Staff informed us right away of the wait time, and we waited patiently. Our server greeted us right after we were seated and regularly checked on us during our meal. Food was great, except that the artichoke dip was a lot chunkier than what I’m typically used to. It’s also very dark in there at night. I’m sure it’s for the ambiance, but I like to be able to see the person sitting with me. I can’t wait to come back though, as I’d love to try more of the menu and take better pictures (phone was dead and had to use my tablet). Maybe while the sun is still up though. As an extra note, my friend’s shrimp scampi was LOADED with seafood – she was quite the happy camper!

It’s usually nice place to dine. They are busy and need help like the rest of the restaurant industry.
Drinks were good, and the server/hostess were nice. App. was delicious. Took a while for the entrées.
My husband’s food came out separate from mine. He was almost done before I got mine. His had started to cool already before he got it. Mine came out about 10 min later and it was made wrong. They left the sauce out of the baked Gnocchi. It was basically Gnocchi with broiled cheese and sour cream on top. Had to wait a while and they brought me a cup of cheese sauce. Should have been a re-fire, but at that point my husband was already done eating.
They took a nominal amount off the bill.
It’s been better. But this was not the best experience.

If this is the only Italian food you’ve ever had I am sure this taste great but this place was awful. Should have left when we came in and waited to be seated. The place was empty literally two other people in the building but stood around waiting to be seated. Only to be told to seat ourselves by the two customers in there. Sat down the food came and it was probably the worst chicken Parm I have ever had. Nothing had flavor not the chicken, the pasta, or the sauce. Waitress was nice that was the only upside. Just go to Olive Garden. It’s more authentic than this “Italian Restaurant “

These pics of the food are the half and the regular order of lasagna. The meal was served with choice of soup or salad. We ordered soup. Some of the very best portobello mushroom soup we’ve ever had. The waitress might have forgotten the crackers to serve with it. Or the bread and olive oil with Italian dipping sauce that comes as an appetizer, but we asked and she delivered.

The lasagna orders were very generously sized and so very tasty. The couple that ordered this were pleasantly surprised all around. It was a toss up where we chose for dinner and this was the right choice.

My husband had the penne with Italian sausage and loved it. I had chicken Marsala and some of the tastiest Marsala sauce I’ve had in ages!

We arrived about 6:30pm and it was busy for a Thursday evening. You won’t be disappointed!

We have bèn coming here for the past 20 years. We never had a bad meal until this day. The chicken over cooked, entree not created correctly , the pasta undercooked…
2 different meals were affected
The Alfredo sauce was amazing!! Our server was mediocre.. she never cleared any of our plates… she presented the check without asking if we wanted after dinner drinks or dessert. I had made a reservation and specifically stated we were celebrating a birthday, and nothing was mentioned.
Ugh, it was very disappointing until the manager stepped in and salvaged some of the night.
To top the night off, it was Sunday, kids eat free with paid adults….we had 4 adults, and our waitress still charged us for the
2 children, we had to point it out…..

We will be back. We feel this was an isolated incident.
