I went thru the drive thru today and while doing this i watched the sun set probably 15 degrees in the sky. I look inside to see what’s taking so long. The workers on his phone and not even acknowledging my presence. On top of this my order a medium double cheese meal go a small of everything. I paid extra and expected that I would get what I paid for and was servely under whelmed when I looked in the bag and sough maybe 10 fries in my frie carton. If your at the restaurant straight skip this one go somewhere that will actually provide you with a sufficient amount of food without burning 45 minutes.

Will not go to this location again. I told the cashier I had an order on app and was going to place an order. When i gave her the code she said it only pulled up your name. I’m new to the app. Wasnt sure what should have pulled up. I ordered the impossible burger. It was not good. The patty was cold, I usually can’t tell that it’s a veggie burger it’s so good. I couldn’t even finish it. We also got 2 Whopper Jr’s with cheese. They weren’t hot either. The fries were hot and fresh but no season.

The 3 girls are more then rude. I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. They failed inspection to play ground. The lobby was nasty.

We got two of the flattest original chicken sandwiches this evening. Opened them up and discovered that they both looked like this. Disgusting. Definitely not edible, definitely not worth $5 each. Old chicken and nothing on them. This use to be a great location. How could anyone allow this to leave their line to be served?

Ok. Went from 5 stars to 1 with good reason. This is the third time I’ve ordered something though the app and it was discontinued they claim. Explain to me how now three different times is the different items I ordered available through the app but this location claims discontinued? When we ask for our money back they say they can’t because it was ordered though the app… they also replaced my over $4 mozz sticks with raw disgusting fries that cost less then $2 therefore stealing money from me. If I wanted fries, I wouldn’t ordered them. I try getting a refund through the app and all they do is off a $5 credit. I don’t want a damn credit I want my money back since I didn’t receive the items I paid for! Why is that such a hard thing to understand. This location used to be decent but it’s terrible now. Absolutely horrible every single time I order through the app anymore. Now I have to waste time waiting for emails and contracting my bank to dispute a charge over mozzarella sticks! Maybe when you decide to discontinue items that have been on the menu for years, take them off the app as well vs trying to take peoples hard earned money. I’m a regular customer but not anymore. Congrats for losing yet another loyal customer.
Just did a mobile order and am pleasantly surprised with everything. They added my extra Mayo, everything is hot and fresh and both my bf and my whoppers are put together very nicely, not just thrown together with zero care. I know this location has been struggling with staffing issues like every food place around here and there’s been times I’ve waited over 10 minutes for my order but all in all I feel they’re doing a really great job with the situations they’re dealing with. I should have trusted my instincts. Food was done as soon as I made my drink. Cold and old, got back to my truck and the cheese fell off my sandwich… that cold luckily we were already moving down 85 under a hot load. I’d give .5 star if I could. Never again, now I see why the parking lot is always empty when I come for fuel

Had a big breakfast burrito someone bought for me the first time a couple weeks ago and I was super impressed. It was crispy and deliciously perfect. I was amazed it came from burgerking. So today Dec 31 2021 I went to go get one and I can’t believe they came from the same place. It had a cpl little pieces of soggy hashbrowns and was light on the egg and bacon was super greasy. What happened? You gained and lost a customer in two visits. They were not busy there was no excuse. Very disappointed. Was expecting a amazing burrito like last time and now im just sad.
