Ordered $106 worth of food from the Fayetteville location on Salem. Got home in West Fork (11 miles) and found out we were missing my wife’s meal and that all the food was soggy from condensation from the sealed bag. The food was still warm. Called Freddy’s and told them about my wife’s missing meal. They were very apologetic and offered to fix the problem. So we drove back to pick up the food. When we got to the store they again were very apologetic. Even got some free food coupons. But by the time we got back home again the food was soggy and cold. It was just plain inedible. I give the staff a 4 out of 5 because they happly fixed the missing food issue. But the packing of the food was not the best. And unfortunately by the time we got back to eat. The food was just cold and soggy by this point.

The burgers were fantastic as usual, the frozen custard was flawless, but the hot caramel was a bit grainy and darker than usual with a hint of scorching to it. It was still edible bu when we usually scrape the cup clean nearly, this time we left a good bit of caramel behind. Likely a temp issue with the caramel dispenser. Management advised but as a heads up not a complaint since it was edible just not their usual 5 star quality. I’m sure they’re looking into addressing and fixing the issue now so future folks will get their usual 5 star quality. Employees are always top notch service and attitude when we’re here.

This was our first time coming to the Fayetteville Freddy’s, and we had such a wonderful experience that exceeded all other experiences we’ve ever had at a Freddy’s that I had to come leave a review. Every staff member we interacted with was courteous and went above and beyond with customer service! Our food was out quickly and generously supplied. A manager even came by our table to check on us. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed it so much, we will probably drive a little further just to continue coming to this location. Thank you for caring about your costumers!!

We went to Freddy’s after trying to get into another local burger restaurant that had a 2.5 hour wait. Freddie’s didn’t.
The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food was good, exactly what I ordered and reasonably priced. The staff was nice and friendly.
They had a good selection of fountain drinks. Their fry seasoning is fantastic.
Usually we get custard after we eat at a Freddie’s, but we skipped it this time due to cold weather outside, but that’s usually a treat I would recommend.
Thank you guys for being there to make our dinner. We really do appreciate everyone who show’s up to work to keep our economy going and to make our dinner for us.

Freddy’s is the first place I ever got a Lettuce Wrap Double Cheeseburger …. it was so delicious that I make them at home now !! And I treated myself to a Butterscotch Concrete yum !! Definitely coming back.

Moved here from Wichita Kansas and missed Freddy’s so I decided to eat here. Huge mistake! After getting the wrong order in the drive-thru, I took it inside to be fixed. No apologies but the cashier said they would fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I asked about the status of my order, and was looked at with confusion. Needless to say, someone else had to ask again what I had and get it started for me. It was fixed about 5 minutes later. Really bizarre.

Freddy’s is great. The burgers and fries are excellent. The custard is also great. The prices, especially on the custard, are a little higher than I’d like. Also, the service can be a little slow, but is usually very friendly. We like to go there occasionally as a treat for the kids or when we are not in a hurry.

Got the double burger and it was served warm not hot. I asked for just tomatoes and mayo and they added pickles and onion. It tasted okay but really wasn’t juicy. The fries were great and some of the best I’ve ever had. The strawberry shake was very good.

Both burgers in my order came like this, and for some reason they will not put fry sauce in the bag no matter how many you order. Culver’s in Roger’s is worth the drive instead of wasting your time here.
