I went in this morning to get breakfast and when I got home five minutes later, I noticed there was nats in my cup. Thankfully I noticed on time, so I called the store to let them know because there’s bugs in my drink, and the manager said “Nats? We absolutely don’t have any nats. Did you call the right place” I said “this is the one on 291 right” and she scoffed at me and said no, I said” okay then On Gudgell?” And she said “yes, but we don’t have nats.” When I explained to her that they do it, they were in my cup. She said “ Well, I’ll definitely look at all of our stuff and you can have a free tea.” But she had an attitude when saying it. I told her I don’t want anything from the store. It’s disgusting. I hung up the phone. Now I’m debating if I even want to eat the food. I wasn’t calling to try to get anything free. I was just letting her know that they were nuts in the drink. It was a dollar and something change for the drink. But there is no reason to rude especially when it’s not my fault.

I ordered the $5 McDouble meal deal. I ordered it No Cheese Onion Only. They gave it to me with only cheese. I took it back, and the gentleman said the ticket says only cheese. He then flicked the burger back to me. I said That is not what I told the cashier.”” Then I said about three times, no cheese, only onion. I can not eat dairy. Only onion. The man told the cook no cheese, he walled away, I said only onion! He said he got it. They brought it with no cheese and everything they made it again with cheese and onion. I was upset now. I asked for the District Managers number. He said they did not have the District Managers’ information. I was packing up to leave, and a girl brought me another hamburger. It was right with about 1/4 a cup of dehydrated onions. I just took it. Terrible service.
The onion is what I did not keep. I left on about that much. The onion was full on both sides, in between patties and over the bun on the outside. I was not sure that they did sinething to the hamburger. Why is it my fault they could not get it correct? I usually used the mobile app, but all I had was cash today.

I went thru the drive thru to get lunch for me and my daughter today. They asked me to pull up to a stall to wait for my food. I had to go in the building because my drink was wrong…no big deal…but then I get all the way home and my burger was wrong. Their suggestion was for me to leave my other food to get cold at home and to run up there and just to get bacon. And they will not help me in any other way. They will not replace my fries because they are going to b cold and they will not make a new burger correctly. Very dissapointed!!! So much for spending $30 and they only got half the order right. Do better. Fast food is not cheap these days. All I wanted was for them to rectify the situation and they refused.

They made me pull to the side for over 15 minutes and all I ordered was one shake to find out after I had to drive back around the drive thru that their shake machine wasnt working. Ended up leaving with nothing after they made me pull to the side again so they could issue my refund. If you want quick and accurate service I would not recommend this location. They are very unorganized and more worried about manipulating their times then actually getting the customers out quickly with quick service.

I brought my kids to the play place and was just about to order their lunches. I had brought in a salad from another restaurant since they don’t sell them at McDonald’s, and I’m trying to eat healthier, but they wouldn’t let me eat it there even if I was ordering Happy Meals for the kids. Make it make sense, right? They just lost money (not that my contribution is going to affect corporate fast food) for a silly reason in my opinion.

I forgot to click the button for a Happy Meal when we made our order or did something wrong on the kiosk and the manager got us a Happy Meal for free. She was really nice. One of the few McDonald’s that still has a play area for kids.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries and a drink. I waited about a total of 15 minutes, after i was sent a notification about 4 or 5 munutes in saying it was coming to me. (i was in curbside pick up). Once the order was actually on its way I was asked what I ordered, told that the gentlemen didnt have it, but (what I’m assuming is the manger) has it. She said nothing to me, even after I said thank you have a great day. I received everything but one sandwich. I was already 10 minutes away before I realized. I called asking for a refund and was flat out denied. I was told “We can’t do that over the phone you need to have your receipt, food and card in person” I would be wasting my money going back. I asked if there’s anyway to do a manual input and she said no. I will not be going back.

The absolute worst mcds I’ve ever been to. Improperly trained employees…does not follow the schedule as far as switching from breakfast to lunch. Rude unhelpful staff. Basically overall poorly managed facility. I spend close to 100.00 to 200.00 per week at this store…..no more. Very very displeased with the management of this location. Drive to anywhere but here.

I purchased the McChicken value meal and requested cooked to order. The food was cooked to order like I requested. They had me pull forward and was very polite about it. The young man who brought the food out to my car said have a nice night.
