This is hands down my favorite hot pot place. I’ve been here many times and will absolutely keep coming back. Every visit is consistently amazing.
The food selection is great – from lobster and crab to high-quality meats, sashimi, and so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh and premium. The spicy broths are also very good, perfectly spicy and flavorful.
The service is also excellent. The staff is very attentive, friendly and on top of everything. It’s a bit more expensive than some other hot pot spots in the area but it’s 100% worth the price for the quality, variety and overall experience. This place feels like a special treat every tie I go and is genuinely one of my favorite places to eat.

First time here and loved the experience! Staff were very nice and friendly and service was quick and efficient. There is such a large selection of seafood to choose from, for the price of $63.99 per person, it is not bad especially considering how much seafood and meat costs.
Ordering is easy as each table has their own tablet to place orders but my only gripe was that staff need to enter a code before you can submit to the kitchen. Drinks are self service and you can get as many as you like, from sodas, water, soy milk, green tea.
There is also a sauce bar that is kept very clean. Decor is amazing as staff informed me that the paintings on the walls were hand painted by an artist from China.
For every 2 people, you get an option of a lobster or another type of seafood. Seafood options range from mussels to class and even razor clams. Plenty of meat and veggie options as well.
Although this is supposed to be a hotpot and bbq restaurant, hotpot is the only thing available as the restaurant does not have the proper ventilation installed for the bbq grills, although the grills are right next to the hotpot. That’s unfortunate as I was looking forward to grilling some of the seafood.
For dessert, they had durian which I tried for the first time. It was super creamy and sweet! I’ve been missing out this whole time!
Overall, our entire experience was great and I would definitely return.

An incredibly satisfying all-you-can-eat hot pot! This was the most enjoyable meal I’ve had since coming to the US.
Boston Lobster: Can you imagine? As someone who lives in the Boston area, I actually had my first American lobster in New Jersey… It was large and very fresh, with firm flesh, and you could taste a distinct umami and sweetness.
Salmon: It was of very high quality, with plenty of fat, and the thickness of the slices depended on the chef. The slices in the picture were already very satisfying, but later when I ordered more, I got even thicker slices, which made me incredibly happy.
Marinated salmon: It had a different marinade compared to what I’ve had in China, with a stronger ginger and scallion flavor and was more on the savory side. But it was still very delicious, as the ingredients were of good quality.
Sweet Shrimp: It was fresh and sweet, but a bit small, about 1/3 the size of which in Japanese restaurants in China. But since it’s all-you-can-eat, you can just order more.
Durian: It was also fresh and perfectly ripe, and importantly, it was chilled just right – soft, smooth, sweet but not cloying, unlike the rock-hard frozen durian used in many China’s buffets. For a durian fanatic like me, being able to eat all-you-can-eat durian in the US is truly a blessing…
I also recommend the giant river prawn and shrimp paste, especially with the Thai sweet and tangy seafood sauce – flavorful and refreshing. The various cuts of beef were also of good quality, tender and with a rich, fatty aroma. However, the razor clams had sand in them, so I suggest they improve their cleaning process.

Had a great experience at Chongqing Wharf! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the all-you-can-eat hot pot selection is amazing. Authentic Sichuan flavors, tons of fresh ingredients, and premium seafood like lobster, geoduck, and snow crab legs. Ordering by tablet makes everything easy and fun. Highly recommend!

It was an awesome experience trying this seafood hotpot restaurant. It is pricey, $65 pp before tax and tips. However, they have large selection of seafoods and they are fresh. Drinks are included in the price. You can choose two different broths and they have non spicy options. They give you a large plastic bag to put your jackets so they won’t smell. For those durian lovers, they have that as desserts.

I really enjoyed this seafood hotpot buffet! There were so many options to choose from, and all the seafood was super fresh. I especially loved the tomato soup base — rich and flavorful. The service was attentive, and the environment was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth trying!
