I usually come to this Starbucks because it’s close to home, but today’s drive-thru experience was disappointing. The employee at the speaker kept repeatedly asking “Is that it?” after every drink while we were still ordering, which felt rushed and rude.(which we ordered 5 imagine how annoying that is)
At the window, after handing me the last drink, I said thank you and the window was abruptly slammed shut closed, no goodbye or acknowledgment. Very disrespectful and not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks.
It’s giving McDonald’s. SMH!

I visited this location early this morning around 4 a.m. to purchase a snack and a drink. After walking in, I asked the employee at the counter for the restroom code. I had just woken up—I’m a truck driver—and may have looked a bit rough, but the employee’s response was, “Did you buy anything?” This felt unnecessary and discriminatory.
Additionally, I had placed a mobile order and waited at the pickup area, but the staff did not acknowledge me. A team member eventually asked if I was waiting for something, even though the order should have been visible on their system.
Overall, this has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a Starbucks location.

The staff is friendly and I’ve never had a bad drink at this location! Indoor seating is limited but there is room outdoors for larger groups.

I’ve given this place one too many tries, first time my order was wrong, second time my drink was cold, third time I got a hot chocolate that taste like water with a splash of cocoa and half the drink missing, I picked it up to take a drink and it felt super light, I hadn’t even had a sip. It’s the closest one to my house but I’ll travel the extra mile to go to the Archibald one. Like I understand if u put whip cream in it but my daughter got whip cream in hers and it’s filled almost to the top. And why the heck does it look like oil was put into it?

I used to get my coffee here everyday, I’ve been coming here for years. Now they either don’t make the drinks right or the younger staff is rude. They add so much ice you finish it in a couple of sips, definitely not worth the 6 dollars for the drink. This was light ice, had I gotten regular ice I would’ve probably had only one sip
